Me atrapalhou bastante.
Do conforto do quarto e dos restaurantes da recepção. O preço dos restaurantes dentro do hotel.
New, clean, quiet and well designed hotel close to the U-Bahn. Enthusiastic and competent staff.
Everyone was pleasant and professional. No problems at all. Lovely hotel for business or a holiday.
Excellent value for money. Brand new hotel at very acceptable pricing. Nicely decorated, good facilities, quiet area of a busy city. Restaurant is of good standard, not too expensive. Hopefully, the hotel can keep up the good standard. Nothing
Good all-in hotel! Complete hotel.
The african themed room was very spacious and clean and the bathroomwas very big, good all round Had to park on road
Very nice design, ethnic furnitures (Afrika or Asia), only 100m from the U-Bahn, located in a very quiet quarter in front of the zoo, kind staff not very close to the main sightseeings (15min underground from Jungfernstieg), but I have appreciated nevertheless the position
Welcoming and very helpful staff. The rooms were well appointed and the country theme was a bit of fun. Had lunch in the hotel which was very good if a little expensive.
kindness of staff you could not vote the room qualitiy (africa or asia)
Beautiful new hotel, close to the motorway but still quiet. Nice atmosphere, good food. Personnell was very helpful, even had a printed 8 km route for jogging in park area, which was highly appreciated. Price level a bit on the high side. Eur 15 for breakfast is over the top.
The Internet is blocked in some way that keeps me from being able to access my Outlook connection to my Exchange Server. This is toally unacceptable and I will not stay at this hotel until they remove this block and I advise all others who need a properly functioning Internet to also not stay at this hotel. My guess is that they have blocked the port on their server from accepting HTTPS connections. This was done by some complete IT idiot who simply wants to anger the hotel customers.
Nice location, near the zoo and aquarium. Interesting, if somewhat unusual, zoo-themed decor. A/C tripartite regulation could have been better.
Free internet Das Smolka is not at standard of 4 star hotel. It should be rated 2 or 3 stars.
Nice room, enough space, very clean, excellent daily service. Private parking available (very important, having seen the difficulty to park in Hamburg) My room's position at the top of the main staircase made it a little bit noisy in the evening.
free internet limited dinner menu
Friendliness of staff and their willingness to meet with guest requests. Location of hotel is excellent for access to public transit. The pillow on the bed.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was light and airy and quiet. I thought the furniture in the room was a bit poor. It was maybe 20 years old and in need of replacing,,,,
The room was surprisingly elegant. I enjoyed the location on a tree lined street one block from a U-Bahn stop.
Excellent hotel. Very nice and helpfull staff. New big rooms and good beds.
Small hotel athmosphere, location in beatiful part of city Some rooms require rfurbishment
Friendly service, spacious single rooms, classic old-school hotel - no 'design-hotel' pretentious, located in nice area of Hamburg
The hotel is located in one of Hamburgs most charming districts offering nice individual shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Also the city center is easily accessible by public transport.
Our stay was good. Very nice, comfortable rooms of good size. Nice beds and bathroom. Good services. A bit far from the city centre (10 km)
Absolutely great hotel! Perfect for business and leisure. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is functioning only since 6 months - we loved it! The hotel's interior design was very nice, the room's - as well. Great facilities for small children - finally a proper baby bed and not the usual camping beds! 1. The breakfast was nice but not matching the rest of the hotel's features. 2. It's 13 km away from the city centre - you definitely need a car.
nice staff and service clogged sink
Clean and nice Hotel. Staff helpful and kind. Good connection to the city center by bus.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
clean and very friendly workers
Room was already prepared although we arrived 9 am at the hotel. Coffee machine/ tee facility in the room missing
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. Nearby resaurants were great. The rooms were comfortable. I am glad they were not such modern design with no character.
Fixed 12 euro breakfast Bath, but no shower in room
Nice and quiet location, very clean, spacious room. We booked a standard double room but got nice apartments with a kitchen. Better than we could expect!!! Free car parking just round the corner.
The location. Nice quiet area at walkable distance from the center. Internet costs a fee of 15 euro per night. Draught beer was not very good (warm). No dining facilities
I think it is sightly expensive for a 3 star hotel in Hamburg. E.g. Breakfast could be included the price.
no internal access to hotel from garage. no loading and unloading of baggage infront of hotel (too many cars parked). no a/c in rooms.
The room was very clean, bed comfortable, there was enough space. The breakfast buffet looked very nice and good selection of bread was served.
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You must have an excellent HRM department.
Hotel Vorbach is quirky but nice - very friendly, helpful staff and situated in a quiet, residential part of town within 15 mins walking distance of shops and town centre.
Spacious and compact apartment style rooms were great! Breakfast was excellent. Waitressing staff were particularly nice and child friendly Would have loved if there had been a computer terminal to access the internet as didn't bring my laptop. Also didn't like the fact that the kitchenette in our room didn't have basic kettle or cutlery or delf as standard
The building arhitecture with large spaces and the music that was playing in the holways.
The spacious rooms. I travelled with my baby daughter so we had plenty of space. I liked the buffet breakfast and friendly staff. The location was excellent near the Tier Park and U Bahn. No kettle, tea cups etc. Would have liked a bath tub. Sofas too hard and no cushions - had to use the one in the bedroom.
helpful staff. big room. close to U-bahn station. some facilities look like a hospital.
Friendly, helpful staff. Large, clean rooms. Substantial buffet breakfast. Very near the underground. I got more than I expected.
Liked apartment style rooms - great for a longer stay to have a separate living area and small kitchen. Good breakfast buffet Also great facilities such as swimming pool, although did not get to use on this visit.
Comfortable bed, room clean, good bathroom facilities, helpful staff in the reception office, location good for access to the city centre on public transport A proper desk for anyone wishing to work would be good, or put a power socket near the main table (for computer use). No tlephone in the room.
It includes two single beds, a nice small kitchen, and a bathroom. It's a nice place for a small family. Definitely recommendable.
the apptmnt was great value for money all the staff were very friendly and helpfull a good location as well
The staff, who was very friendly, came herself with the idea to order tickets to Miniatur Wonderland through the internet, so we didn't have to wait in line such a long time at the place itself. She even printed out the order. The hotel was quiet and pleasant; we had a room at the backside where no trafic noise could be heard. Because we had ordered an extra bed in the double room, the floorspace which was left was very littl; had expected the room to be a bit larger.
The apartment was huge, all the rooms were clean and well decorated with some very nice touches. Great for a family or a group of friends, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea which we considered very generous and is of the size that you would expect to find in a rented apartment rather than a holiday let. I have to say we were a lot more than pleasantly surprised. Be aware if you arrive on a Sunday, after a certain time, you will have to phone the person running the hotel to get your keys.
Good staff, clean, nice apartment Wi-fi network unusable (but fixed in 3 days), a bit far from the city center (but well-connected by bus)
The rooms were clean and of a good size with everything you would need for a stay. The location is good (5 min walk from train station) and was situated in a quiet part of town. Excellent.
Large apartment and the wonderful bathtub even though I didn't get a chance to use it. A bit loud from the cars on the street
The hotel is located in very nice city district (close to Eppendorf and all that stuff :)) and is not far away from U-bahn (subway) station directly leads to the central railway station. The hotel offers light, spacious rooms with various facilities including stove, tableware, coffee maker and kettle and so on. Water heating works in a bit funny way.
Only basic needs were available .
It is in the central location of Hamburg and the beautiful room and nice facilities. nothing
the room and their cafe breakfast should have been included for the 95 Euros we paid, since the room was shared bath only
Hadley's B & B has a wonderful old style charm with polished floor boards and high ceilings. It really feels like staying in someone's cosy home. The proprietor, Tatiana is herself charming and friendly, and made me feel very relaxed. I wanted to move in permanently! Another bonus is Hadley's Cafe nearby for great food, wines, coffee and people..
The rooms are all very cosy - its very much like a home from home. At the same time the rooms have their own style so its got a much better feeling about it than a normal hotel.
This is a really fanfastic apartment hotel which deserves all my thumbs(My family travelled baltic countries, Poland, Germany and nordic countries for ten days, and this hotel was most outstanding). It was clean, comfortable, spacious and cozy. Compared to its classic outlook with its red bricks, the interior was quite modern and you can see how the owner takes good care of even very small details. We had a very good bath, good rest, easy wifi internet connection, and nice sleep. In the morning, you can buy groceries such as fruits and breads at a local outdoor market about 30 meters away, The bathtub with no shower curtain could easily make the floor wet, but it was not a big deal.
Very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Nice details such as flowers and fruit in the living room.
The rooms have a small kitchen with a fridge. The hospital of the Univesity (UKE) is within walking distance, only 15 minutes. The rooms are ncely furnished and quite. I enjoyed my stay.
Fantastic area and place the bed is slightly curved, some overweight people was there
