Acesso a locais históricos e ótimos restaurantes
Bom verificar em pessoa Serviço de Internet
Excelente hotel... cama gigante, ótima localização. Nada me desagradou.
A localização é excelente, mas o conforto e as comodidades proporcionadas pelo hotel também são de elevada qualidade.
Quartos enormes! muito confortável!
Hotel muito aconchegante e com ótimos profissionais
Each and every corner of the hotel is just amazing. Love it!!
We got the corner king spa room and couldn't be happier. The room was spacious, and the views made the room look even bigger. The bathroom was on point, and the big soaking tub was great. We usually stay closer to Rittenhouse square but we didn't mind this location too much, there is tons to do in this part of downtown! The staff was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze.
Very stylish hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and attentive. But the best part is the location, you're across the street from the birthplace of our nation!
I had a great experience staying at Monaco, from price to service everything was perfect. I think they should have better pictures of the corner suite on there website, because there suite was better then the pictures shown.
Nice hotel, amazing location These days every hotel should have free wifi, $12.99 a day is not acceptable when you can go to a budget hotel and get it for free
Great location for my work. Great restaurants in walking distance. Nearly ruin my shirt with a rusty iron.
We love the staff as they are professional and fun. They offer free happy hour and coffee in am! This is a big deal and makes people feel welcomed. The rooms are stylish and cozy! We had a 2 month and 14 month old children who loved it too! Smaller elevators but it was doable...we just have 2 kids and a huge stroller ;)
I left an expensive piece of technology in the room and when I returned a couple hours later, the staff said they didn't find it.
Nice location for nightlife and history tours. I receive a monthly check from the VA for a service connected disability -- my ONE night stay cost more than that entire check! And for what? I received no continental breakfast; parking is $50 a NIGHT; and my room with a king-sized bed was tiny. No idea if internet was included, as I was not given a password. I wanted to sit in my room and prepare for a speech I had to give, but, my absurdly expensive room did not come with a chair besides an ergonomically nightmarish desk chair. I had a ton of clothes because I was there for a three day wedding, so my hands were full. I received no bell-service, carried all my stuff to my room, and the keys didn't work; so I had to lug everything back to the front desk. Had to iron shirts for the wedding, the ironing board looked like it was bought from a yard sale. For the cost of this room, I expect quality amenities. Also, the bouncer for the rooftop bar, who looked a like a teenager, watched one of the wedding guests get assaulted, laughed, and did nothing. Honestly, we should've called the police. Posh and ostentatious, with little reward. Go somewhere else.
As with all Kimpton Hotels, the decor is amazing & very much in-line with my aesthetic. We also really enjoyed the location of the hotel; we stayed over 2 very nice days & walked 30 minutes down Passyunk and over to the far edge of Rittenhouse multiple times. We tend to spend most of our time out-and-about, but the time spent in the hotel was very nice. We requested a room away from the elevator, which they did not oblige. We were essentially directly next to the elevator bank, however it ended up being quite. That said, we were there on a Monday night, I'm sure the weekends are a bit rowdier. Bed was not very comfortable (for me, the BF loved it), the outlets stopped working in the bathroom in the middle of my blow out & could not be fixed, the internet did not work the day we checked in. Also...there is not much follow-through from the staff; we had requested a later check-out that they never acknowledged until we were physically there and brought it up ourselves again during check-in. We asked for a room away from the elevator bank, but were put in one directly next to it. Tried to order room service & the person on the phone said they would have to call back to 'confirm the order' but never called back..the food appeared 20 minutes later, cold. Negatives aren't the end of the world, but there are definitely some things we weren't thrilled with. But the staff, including the valet, were lovely & very friendly.
Love atmosphere and staff. Location and style is also a plus. It's friendly for us with our 2 kids under 2. The bed was not as comfortable. We usually have a king size bed but opted to 2 queen size and I would prob not do that again.
It was a really nice hotel - beautiful room and facilities- great location. The bartenders in the bar were really helpful and gave better suggestions for what to do in the city than the reception and concierge. No bathtub in room - despite beautiful picture. This is the 3rd or 4th Kimpton Hotel I've stayed in but the least intimate. Hotel was a little busy and staff could be a bit warmer and more helpful.
It was very clean and the on-site restaurant was excellent. Very well located for the historic sites. No in-room coffee maker!!! For the love of God!
Hotel was perfect distance to everything we needed.I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Philly. Room was a hint small, but we were really only there to sleep. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge, but again, not the end of the world.
Location and cozy, old fashioned atmosphere Staff did not make up room at all over the weekend. We had to ask for more towels and a shower liner.

The only good things were that the bed was good, the spa tub worked and the staff was courteous. No microwave, no coffee pot, the mini fridge wasn't plugged in then gurgled all night, every time another door on the level opened our door jostled, the toilet seat was peeling, there was no menu in the book like it says it should be rough sheets and robes

The location of this cute boutique hotel was perfect. We were able to take quick walks to all the major sites in Old City.
What a great hidden gem in Penn's Landing area of Philly...this boutique hotel has a lot of history and beauty and is in a great location for walking to historic downtown sites parking can be bit of an issue but we used the lot beside the hotel and the staff was helpful in parking and getting us out
Breakfast really to simple.
The location was perfect. The hotel was different- loved that it was different from every chain hotel. The room was very small.
Room was very clean and had a lot of old building character, (both good and not so good). Beds were comfortable. Location was great, close to nightlife. Staff interaction was minimal but pleasant. Parking not as expensive as other area hotels. Definitely has old building quirks - very small hallways and stairways, slow elevator. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbor come & go as well as get in the shower (or anything else more than moderately loud.) Nothing terrible though.
Male dorm smelled strongly of mildew
The fact that the have events every night, making more easy to talk to the people how are in the hostel.
Front desk staff were very helpful in supplying directions and ideas of what to see. In the historical district. Bed and room were comfortable. Pub/bar next door is generally not that noisy except for one night pre-Halloween when it was extremely noisy. Liked having a washer/dryer - it really helped as travelling light. Grocery store around corner is open late. Easy to get to via train from airport. Or cab is about $30 (used this for early morning flight on return). Bathroom could use a bit more cleaning but it was clean enough. Bit far from rest of downtown but subway provides easy access or you can walk. Streets in area deserted if walking home late at night - recommend take subway (stop is only a block away) or take a cab.
Very nice personnel. Location is very good. Perfect place for budget staying for 1-5 days in Philadelphia.
I liked the helpfulness of the staff and the location of the hostel no negative emotions whatsoever
Downtown Philadelphia, old city district. Very nice personnel, cheap rates. no
I felt this place was very laid back with a hip set up as well as staff. I got the feel this was a alternative dorm for the neighborhood!! Lack of privacy...... yet, i didnt have to stay there either!! :)
the location was perfect for seeing the city it was quite loud, the payment process is sketchy (pay at a convenience store down the street)
Location was perfect in the Olde City of Phildelphia. One block away from Independence hall. You can hear everything, the wall were thin.
I loved their location and the vintage feel the old building gave. It would have been great to get an idea of the history of the building and why it was still standing after so many years.
Nothing The rooms do not match the pictures what so ever. The bed for sure had to have bed bugs and the restroom had roaches. I didn't even stay for a few hours before I left. Reminded me of a room out of AHS.
This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at!! The room was unclean, cramped, paint peeling off the walls, mold in the bathroom and not cleaned until we complained. No elevator!
For the location, the price is pretty good This hotel is a dump. Some people call it character, but that's nonsense. You don't automatically get to say something has character just because it's in an old building. Dirty carpets, broken down beds, busted blinds, missing ceiling tiles, leftover dirty laundry from previous guests, showers that don't drain, and a staff that's only there a third of the day are not "character" features. They're poor maintenance issues. Don't go here unless you're strapped for cash and plan on spending very little time in the room
The location of this hotel is about the only good thing I can say. It's right in Old City and just about anything you could want to do is within walking distance. They were very misleading about the size and the amenities. Our "seating area" was a wooden chair. It was not very clean. The worst part though was the mouse that was sharing our room... Very disappointed in this hotel. Will not be back. Ever.
The location was in the heart of the Old City District. The room was very small and did not seem to fit the rate.
Very loud music from restaurant downstairs
