We notice that a room service food was outside one room for two days before they removed it. The breakfast was poor, we asked for Honey and we received an empty bottle of honey.
The hotel is right on the beach and has an excellant view of table mountain. This hotel is an example of doing the right thing but not doing it right. It has no atmosphere, its staff unprofessional and its restaurants, room service and other services are over priced.
Mostly the view, the room was well laid out and clean particularly the bathroom and shower. We both found the mattress to be very hard.The restuarant was a bit over priced

Perfect stylish modern hotel. A little bit outside from City Center (about 10 min drive with Car) but definetly worth it.

The hotel has a excellent location for a 'out of towner' to do some shopping at the canal walk and the quality & luxury of the suite made it feel like a romantic braekaway. The only minor problem was the access door from the parking area to the reception - some of the lettering on the intercom/ access panel were almost redundant - making it confusing for a first time user however the hotelstaf in the parklot were at hand to assist.

The professionalism of staff, (particualry Andrew, the lady at reception - of whom I cant recall the name correctly), Elisha, dining staff as well as arrangements for travel out of hotel. Prximity to shopping mall is also convenient. None in particular. However, the bathtub in the bedroom was quite a new experience. The bathtub was not used since we stayed as a family. In future vehicles operated by the hotel would probably add value.
