Convenient no frills trip
Prós: Check in and immigration was quick. Flight was on time
Contras: Even though there plenty of seats available, the auto seat allocation put another passenger next to me.
Contras: Flight delayed 1 hour and 50 minutes. Even my inbound flight also delayed one hour.
Contras: Flight delayed by an hour
Prós: Flight was on time, friendly attendants.
Contras: Check-in took forever, another line should have been opened. Very little legroom on the plane.
Prós: Friendly flight attendant.
Contras: Announcement at the airport is unclear
Firefly Penang to Phuket
Prós: Very always at check in but all very relaxed. Only gave 3 for food as we'd asked for pot noodle (Rm3) only to be told they had no hot water. Not serious & we didn't use their entertainment. Otherwise all good & would recommend
Late take off on both sectors
Prós: Ease of boarding and disembarkation T2 arrival in SIN Online check in
Contras: Needed to re check in in SIN, even on a same day flight Flight was late for both sectors SZB-SIN-SZB
Prós: The staff has no personality and no working knowledge of how customer service is supposed to be. I booked this as Malaysia Airlines and even though it's operated by Firefly, it should've recognized my priority status with OneWorld.
Firefly canceled my flight and didn't notify me
Prós: There was one local manager who smiled a lot and tried to promise things that it turned out he wasn't allowed to promise while his airline was screwing me.
Contras: International travelers, check and recheck your flight. Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore.
Contras: Hot in the plane upon boarding
Prós: Everything was smooth and easy. Check-in line was short, the whole airport experience was quick and easy. Flight was smooth, comfortable, staff was so friendly. When I checked in for my flight in Penang, the girl who helped me, Kay, was the most friendly help I've ever had.. She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!
Contras: Boarding was delayed a bit, but flight took off within a few minutes of schedule, so no real problem!
Flight was delayed no ground staff bother to infor
Prós: the flight attendant on board was lively in making announcements!
Contras: Flight was first brought forward by 30 mins. Arrived on time at the gate, but actually it's delayed by 15 mins from the original time. So in total delayed about 50 mins from brought forward time. NO ground staff at the gate bothers to inform us. Flight status screen shows "Callng", when approached, ground staff just replied "not yet" in a bad manner. Terrible ground service.
Prós: On time
Contras: Voo atrasado 1 hora e 50 minutos. Mesmo o meu voo de entrada também sofreu um atraso de uma hora.
Contras: Voo atrasado por uma hora
Prós: Voo foi no tempo, atendentes simpáticos.
Contras: Check-in levou muito tempo, outra fila deveria ter sido aberto. Muito pouco espaço reservado às pernas no avião.
Prós: Simpática aeromoça.
Contras: Anúncio no aeroporto não é clara
Prós: A equipe não tem personalidade e nenhum conhecimento de trabalho de como o serviço ao cliente é suposto ser. Eu reservei este como a Malaysia Airlines e mesmo que seja operada pela Firefly, deve ter reconhecido meu status de prioridade com OneWorld.
Firefly cancelou meu vôo e não me notificou
Prós: Havia um gerente local que sorriu muito e tentou prometer coisas que girou para fora ele não foi permitido prometer quando sua companhia aérea estava apertando-me.
Contras: Viajantes internacionais, verifique e verifique novamente o seu voo. Firefly cancelou meu vôo "há várias semanas", de acordo com eles, não me notificou por telefone ou e-mail apesar do fato de que eles admitiram que tinham ambos em arquivo, não reembolsaram o dinheiro para o meu cartão de crédito até o dia antes da partida, então eu não tinha idéia da mudança, e então não forneceu qualquer ajuda quando cheguei ao aeroporto e o vôo não existia mais.
Contras: Avião quente durante embarque
O vôo se atrasou nenhum pessoal de terra se incomodou em informar
Prós: o comissário de vôo a bordo era animado ao fazer anúncios!
Contras: O vôo foi atrasado pela primeira vez por 30 minutos. Cheguei a tempo no portão, mas na verdade estava atrasado por 15 minutos do horário original. Assim, no total atrasou cerca de 50 minutos do tempo atrasado. Nenhuma equipe de terra no portão se incomodou em nos informar. A tela de status do vôo mostra "Chamando", quando abordado, a equipe de terra apenas respondeu "ainda não" de uma forma ruim. Terrível serviço de terra.
