The friendly staff - housekeeping (Amal), boutique (Ilham) and restaurant in particular. Pool not heated. No shuttle service to town centre. Baggage forgotten about on last day - left at room door from 11 am to my departure at 4 pm: could have been stolen or touched. Not transported to my room on arrival, although my baggage was. I had to return to Reception because my card key didn't work, so that was 3 trips from Reception to room 3108, when I was already very tired - I arrived at 7pm!
The most me and my family enjoyed wat the ennimation team you have at the hotel the kids love them and we love them they made our stay fantastic and for that reason we will visit the place next year again they do nice night shows for kids aswell for adults and also the whole day they are around the hotel to talk to u and also to make u smile. the beds in the rooms are not comfortible there should be double beds if u book a double room so hope you guys change them apart from them the hotel is the best.
We could not fault the hotel. It's our third time in morocco and by far our most pleasent stay. The staff are so hard working and at the same time so tentative to all our needs. We are considering going back to the iberostar with our two younger kids for a week at Christmas. If not , then during the summer for sure. Simon and Sandra toft. For once I had no complaints with a hotel.

The hotel's proximity to the beach. Pretty much everything about the hotel was very disappointing. Our room (room 534) smelled like urine during the whole stay, the room conditions were dreadful (old rugs, worn-out blankets, broken fixtures...etc.), we didn't have any hot water in rooms 534 (the first day) and 322 (the third day), room 322 totally lost tv and phone signals on day 3 (we had to call the reception 4 times to get it fixed), the line for breakfast was always very disorganized. The building is old and doesn't have any elevators, which can be a big problem if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The rooms are way over-priced considering the quality of service. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel... Honestly, I wouldn't even give it a 3!!
