a nossa primeira experiência com a Porter foi impecável.
A equipe de check-in, a equipe de embarque e a tripulação do voo foram todos muito simpáticos. Sinto muita falta do lounge Porter em Ottawa.
O voo foi atrasado por mais de uma hora. O terminal estava, consequentemente, superlotado e quente. Perdemos a nossa reserva de carro e pegamos o trânsito da hora de pico em Boston, o que adicionou duas horas parados no trânsito à nossa viagem.
Voo tranquilo, as aeromoças foram muito simpáticas

O porteiro foi excelente. O embarque foi tranquilo. Os assentos eram um pouco desconfortáveis, mas a viagem no geral foi excelente.
No geral, uma boa experiência. O nível de serviço foi consistente. O assento poderia ter sido um pouco mais confortável, mas não foi ruim. Estou disposto a tentar outro voo com eles. Espero que em janeiro de 2025.
O processo de embarque foi caótico. Subimos as escadas para um ônibus onde ficamos em pé esperando por 20 minutos, depois desembarcamos de volta para o portão. O voo foi atrasado por 1,5 horas. Reembarcamos no voo usando escadas e ônibus, chegando ao nosso destino 1,5 horas atrasados.
O check-in reservado foi muito lento em comparação com o check-in regular. A internet estava lenta.
