A equipe extremamente simpática e bem conservado estabelecimento.
A equipe do check-in foi amigável e gentil conosco, viajantes cansados.
O hotel é agora chamado The Inn at the Commons.
It's a very nice hotel. We had stayed in a Holiday Express Inn in Mill Valley the week before. It was 3 times as expensive, and not nearly the quality of this one. Nice complimentary breakfast, free parking, and conveniently located & staff is friendly I liked everything.
Clean room up to date Gave us a handicapped room with shower seat that had to be moved out of the tub to showers and the shower head would not stay up. We had to hold the shower head the intire time we showered.
They are kid friendly and the pool was a nice added feature.
Clean room Should cost less and have a lower star level
We enjoyed the breaksfast buffett and appreciated the hotel service. the desk when we arrived was very accomodating throughout our stay.10/10 for him.Answered all questions we had about our stay.
Room was comfortable quiet and clean. Breakfast needs some work.

location, King size bed water damage to bathroom floor, walls with poor finish to repair work
Nice breakfast Over priced for hotel quality. It's an older hotel, ok shape and cleanliness. One, small and slow elevator.

The check out staff next morning was really helpful and nice but the check in lady on the arrival day was not too nice or I would give 10/10 for staff.
Heated indoor pool and spa open 6am to 10 pm. Breakfast had bacon, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, yougurt, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Front desk had free newspapers, apples and cookies.
Very friendly staff, great for kiddos, very close to super market and dairy queen Sketchy homeless dude near my car.
Friendly staff The toilet was dirty and the walls need better insulation, I could totally hear people above me walking around and it was hard to get rested.
We were on a 3 week trip and stayed at a variety of motels, hotels and inns. For value, this was our best experience. We definitely would check out Hampton Inns on our next trip.
Facility, staff & breakfast all fine, but the disappointment is all from walking out to car to find my daughter's bike, which we had secured only with 2 U-locks through the frames and wheels, gone off the rack on the back of the car in the hotel lot. Who'd thought that a bike that survived the harsh environments of Berkeley and SF would be stolen in little peaceful Medford?
Clean, pleasant staff
The room was great, the hotel was updated with a great lobby/breakfast set up. The staff were accommodating and nice, and check out was incredibly fast and easy. Our view was te back yard of a house, which meant we constantly had our window shut.
Quarto limpo. Funcionários simpáticos O quarto foi remodelado recentemente e cheirava a pintura e carpete novo. Muito fedorento.
A equipe foi muito simpática e informativa. O quarto tinha cheiro de limpeza. A localização foi fácil de encontrar. Com certeza vou ficar lá novamente.
a super place to stay and very good value...stayed several days and found it to be a wonderful location, easy to access, clean, helpful staff, and a great breakfast.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and were very happy. This hotel is brand new, very clean and the front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. We would definately stay here again.
Such great staff! Very helpful, attentive and pleasant! Nothing!
the mini store no smoking rooms
My studio room was more cozy than spacious but nicely furnished with a great kitchenette that included very nice appliances and was very well stocked. Nice desk area for working. Very nice bathroom area. An airy exercise room with quality, new exercise equipment. My room was right across from the ice machine but the doors and walls are nicely insulated and I didn't hear anything. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to grocery store and other shopping (like Harry and Davids!) Definitely a good value.
The kitchenette was perfect. Saved a ton of eating out money...Room was clean and all the staff was friendly.
Very clean, very quiet, most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. Would return.
The hotel was clean, the beds were soft and the staff was very nice!
Nice surprises included a dishwasher, a fully stocked supply of dishware, and a large refrigerator in the kitchen. Price is on par with other locations in the area which can be less expensive on a seasonal basis (like Windmill in Ashland). Area is generally safe. Property is adjacent to another Marriott sub-branded hotel. Front desk is friendly and professional.
We stayed for 3 days at Medford Inn. It is centrally located from various nice places to visit like Crater Lake, Redwoord national park. The hotel was nice, clean and dirt cheap. It offered great value for money.
Pool and outdoor seating area. Mattress.
nothing about this hotel deserves a compliment The beds were pure torture. Our room did not have any towels or wash cloths when we checked in, and on day 2 had to track down the maids mid afternoon to get towels. Coffee pot did not work, no ironing board, remote for tv did not work, and prices were raised for busy weekend. Not a good deal.
Hotel employee was awesome. Breakfast was so cutely done and delicious. Great to hear about the history of the house and the area. We went on valentine's day and we loved it so much we want to go every year. N/a
Hostess friendly, knowledgable. Room large, clean, historic. Great breakfast the next morning, and we were on to Portland by 8.30...
good value for money, clean rooms limited parking due to construction on site
Clean and remodeled Heat didnt work
Room was great. We only stayed one night but it was a lot better than Motel 6 North Medford.
Clean basic rooms.very affordable. Close to freeway exits.quiet the night we stayed. Mattress was very hard and squeeky.sheets were clean but very thin.OK for a late night stop ,early start.
Like the updated floors and bathroom Beds are hard, but I have back problems so others may find the beds alright
The modern interior design gave the impression that you were getting a lot more bang for your buck. I loved the bathroom and everything was very clean. The price couldn't be beat!
Cost was good and room had everything I needed. Not much lighting in back but this is minor.
The staff person was helpful, friendly and competent. After I complained about being assigned to a room that smelled badly of cigarette smoke, she assigned me to another room and called later to make sure that I was satisfied.
It was cheap, relatively clean and felt safe. A bit run down, bathrooms in particular.
the place was clean, well managed did not smell and had good WIFI. rooms also had cable TV, micro wave and small ice box. Best of all it was cheap. I would stay here again. breakfast is what you would expect from a budget motel. danish, muffin, coffee and some fruit juice. Hey it don't cost extra. I would stay here again
location and pricing. breakfast and microwave + frig. bed was old and sunken in the middle.
Close to bus stop, made public transportation a breeze! Comfortable beds Nice owners Smelled like vomit
great staff, clean room. Recent update gives this older building a nice face lift. Loved the carpet free floor (hygienic!). Bed was super cooshy. Quiet spot in historic downtown. Would stay here again! Breakfast was weak. Mini muffin and prepackaged Danish- however they did have juice and coffee.
The accommodation was clean and well-outfitted. The hosts were very helpful. The facility is an older one, but is clean, has some basic upgrades, etc.
Good rate, central location , mini fridge and microwave Disgusting tired old carpets looked so filthy that I didn't want any of my clothes or personal items touching it! The blankets were OLD And tired with so much wear on them. Towels were clean but stained.
Would not stay here again, door to the room wouldn't lock, strange odor in room and pretty run down overall. Their idea of breakfast is an orange juice concentrate machine and stale pastries, the kind sold in vending machines.
Absolutely not one thing Blood stains, cigarette burns, bug residue, broken lock, no fire alarm, dirt, completely disgusting conditions and such a terrible smell. I beg you - Please do not stay here - my girlfriend and I were traveling from Yosemite to Portland and decided to stay here - after quickly realizing that reviews online are completely fabricated - it was all downhill from here - we literally were scared for our life - we went downstairs to leave and get refunded and the lady at the front had left for the night and left a number which she never answered. We were checking for bed bugs all night - slept in our sleeping bags and piled chairs and tables by the door. I confronted the lady in the morning - no apology - just a smug look and said "oh, I'll look into that" I was appalled - left and promised to make sure that nobody else gets stuck here - PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I will be reporting this place to authorities.
It was a real dump, dirty and the first room assigned me smelled like a smoke factory. The second was only slightly better. The place is filled with seedy long term residents and I have a handicapped daughter and had to park way far away from the room. NEVER again!
My wife and I were driving from Seattle to Oakland, CA and just needed a cheap, non-shady place to stay the night. Mission accomplished! We had one of their smallest rooms, and a few luxuries were missing, and there were some oddities about the room, but nothing we missed having. The room Was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. Outstanding for the $$
Incredibly friendly staff, super clean rooms, nice amenities, overall one of the bait best places I've stayed for the price. If I'm ever in Medford again, I will definitely be staying here!
Friendly service Location is not the best
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The sheets and blankets were so white they could have been new. The bed was soft and the TV was huge! The best part it was very affordable. If i ever find myself back in medford I will definitely go back. The room smelled like Indian food. Not a big deal I just got a candle and problem solved.
Looked like it may have been nice. I reserved a room via kayak.com and secured it with my credit card. Then 2-days before the trip I called the hotel and confirmed my reservation. However, when I arrived, they had rented my room to someone else for more money and moved me to a scary flop house down the road (Cedar Lodge). Not only was Cedar Lodge run-down and filled with sketchy homeless residents, I was charged the same amount as the room I had reserved at the Rogue Valley Inn. It was evening and my son and I were exhausted from driving all day and felt trapped. I'm furious with Rogue Valley's unethical behavior.
Location The rooms were dirty, pee on toilet seat, dirty mirror
Staff was friendly. Nasty rooms-the one we were in had fleas and ants. It's in a bad part of town. People yelling and shouting outside all into the night. The TV is from 1985, and the door was missing a deadbolt. Just don't stay here.
