They definitely needed a lot more people for check in. Took close to an hour. Also, I paid for the additional driver and they ended up doing the calculations in a way that they charged tax on the entire vehicle cost and additional driver instead of just the additional driver (since I had already paid the other costs). My experience was terrible. Despite making a reservation with Hertz in March, they didn't have the car I reserved and made no attempt to find me an alternative. They cancelled my reservation and did not give me a refund. I will not be renting with Hertz again.Avaliado em 26 ago. 2023

No keys for any cars. Had to wait an hour for a manager to deliver them. Car was less than 1/2 charged. Lame. When returning the car, I waited for 10 mimutes before an employee said I could just drop my keys and leave. Not a positive experience at any point.Avaliado em 14 jul. 2023

Inez behind the counter was fabulous. We were headed to the San Juan Islands where electric charging stations are few and far between. She recommended we switch to a gas car and we were glad we did. We saw only one charge point the whole week.Avaliado em 14 jul. 2023

Not pleasant. I came to know while on the road that not all Hertz locations are alike. Hertz does not allow exchange of a rental car from franchise locations even though they carry the Hertz name! This becomes a problem when you are on the road and have an issue with the rental vehicle and desperate for a replacement vehicle.
