Hours posted on website and when you call the corporate offices were incorrect so I had to pick up my car a day late. There was then no compensation for this missed day and they wouldn’t even allow me to then drop it off a day late in return. The pick up process was so slow (I was there for almost and hour) and none of the employees seemed to care about the efficiency while three of us were waiting.Avaliado em 19 ago. 2023

As I set in car I was not comfortable at all.. and so I went back and ask if I can get another one as I m not comfortable driving that…like same size but different one they said no..n I had to drive that.. while driving car it was shaking a lot..and i dint had any company with me so what if anything goes wrong…sorry but bad experienceAvaliado em 28 jun. 2023

Car was reserved at location on back side of airport (my mistake) but reservation indicated location was open 24-hours, not so. Informed of this at actual airport location, also not open 24-hours, and then they refused to honor reservation.Avaliado em 13 mai. 2023

Hertz called me 2 hrs before picking up my rental that I had booked 1 day prior stating that they do not have any more cars available for me. I had to Uber 3hrs for $400+ because of them. Absolutely in acceptable from a car rental company which such a big fleet.Avaliado em 30 abr. 2023
