The desk for Dollar at Burbank was shown to be on the second level. When we got there, we were told by another car rental company they were on the first level. If there were signs indicating that, they were not very noticeable. We then went down to the first level (hauling our luggage all the time). Car was old, had dents and dings and scrapes, and the interior smelled of weed and cigarettes. Plus, I had to go to the nearby Hertz counter to get the car, as the Dollar Kiosk was closed. Wish Dollar had told me that instead of me having to figure that out by myself!Avaliado em 27 set. 2021

Prós:NothingContras:The staff was unfriendly, not helpful, and gave me the worst car. We had to waste our time waiting to get a new one.
