Prós: Everything, but especially the manager of the Tampa airport location who was exceptionally kind and helpful! We loved that we could choose any car that had its trunk open. We are Avis Chairmen Club members and always use Avis. Alamo was 40% less $ and such a great experience, that we aren’t sure the Chairman Club perks ( upgrade to luxury and valet to return to airport (at airports that shuttle to the terminal) are worth it. We will consider Alamo in the future.
