I pre booked my car but upon arrival the Credit card machine wouldn’t read my card for the deposit. The person at the desk wasn’t willing to be helpful. So I went to Avis and rented because that person was able to be helpful.Avaliado em 18 ago. 2023

They didn't provide a charging cable for the EV, despite saying there "should" be one in the trunk. So we had no option to charge other than to find a public charger, of which there were none in the area where we stayed. Pick up was all about upspending. Not comfortable Drop off in Punta Gorda was very unprofessional. Poor signage no worker dark unsafe and keydrop was as you left the lot. Should have been near cars as we had to go back and get keysAvaliado em 14 mai. 2023

The key pick was a little confusing. The parking garage office said platinum members go inside, when I asked a Hertz employee where I get my keys she told me I had to go inside. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told the keys were in the vehicle.Avaliado em 8 mai. 2023

The person who checked me out told me I had fuel forgiveness but I got charged $70 for bringing it back with 3/4 of a tank and Hertz says they made no notes so it stands and the location is impossible to get a person on the phone to discuss.Avaliado em 24 abr. 2023

My rental was suppose to be at Tampa airport, But upon arrival, Hertz apprised me it was at its North Tampa location. There was no mention in my itinerary of North Tampa. To resolve, I had to pay current rate of $400 vs. $200 I orriginally contracted in February.Avaliado em 28 mar. 2023
