A praia é fantástica e o restaurante/ comida servida ao jantar. Mais desportos aquáticos, principalmente motorizados. Melhorar a animação musical nocturna.
Apreciei bastante a localização do Hotel.
Clean, well laid out resort. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool and poolside facilities. Secure with good outlook and views. No on-site restaurant for evening meals but there is a great arrangement with "sister" hotel (Stella Maris, which was not easy to find but very nice). The resort was not easy to find either and it's definitely better if you have your own transport.
The setting, swimming pool and views
the friedliest staff ive ever known; comfortable and quiet in a beautiful location
The staff were lovely and the hotel outside of the room was decadant. Everything you could possibly want in a relaxing resort. The food was excellent, the highlight of our trip. The room was dark and the bathroom needed a modern upgrade. It seemed to be from the 1980s. The TV was ridiculously small for the amount of money we were paying.
Good room and views. Breakfast was alright although the same everyday. Car parking no problem Check out at 10:00 am was too early. Very difficult to find, particularly in the dark
Grounds were lovely Hotel claims all rooms are sea facing however they fail to point out that it is many miles away and some rooms views are in fact of other buildings not the sea so their website is misleading
All staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a very relaxed atmosphere. Wasn't much to do on an evening after your meal and wasn't anything near. Would certainly recommend getting a car but driving at night isn't much fun with no street lights!
the possibility to spend a five days holiday in family (with grown up children of 25 years average) = the room arrangement, the diner and breakfast arrangements, the kindness of the staff did help this a much with a smooth and discret way (with a smile as guarantee)
the staff were hospitable and the place was lovely
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good food, good location near the beach. Recommend you have a car, a good 25 min walk from Villasimius village.
Nothing is good in this hotel except the location. beach is 80 metres from the hotel and this is I believe the only advantage. Personel doesn't speak English fluently. Breakfast is very poor and with plactic plates. There is no restaurant - only self service. It is not very close to the town center, you'll have to take a taxi. I will not recommend this hotel.
Nice swimming pool, large, clean characterful rooms, surrounding areas tastefully presented, not at all 'tacky' and corporate, set amongst lovely trees and close to the beach. Breakfast pretty awful, no beach beds/towels provided, beach area very narrow, preferred traveling to other beaches in the area.
really friendly staff, charming hotel full of local character. close to beach. Food very good value nothing - everythng was great
Genuine and honest hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Excellent service. 100m from the beach. No TV in the room. Breakfast could be better.
rooms very very clean and good size, the hotel is right next to the beach and staff was very helpful and friendly you need a car as there are no supermarkets close by and the walk into down is about half an hour
The laid back atmoshpere, the friendly staff, the proximity of a very quiet beach, the availability all day of free hot and cold drinks
The environment is great. I love the Garden and the pool. Near location of thelovely beach is also great! Very friendly and polite staff!
2 min walk to beach.3 min drive to town.Typical Sardinian room decor. Well designed inner courtyard.Private patio. Onsite carport parking.
nice clean resort, good for kids, lovely pool area reception is very rarely open, although you can use the palm hotel reception that is 5 mins walk away
Although we knew it was small for a family of 5, being 28 square metres, the chalet is detached, has a huge verandah and chalets 11-14 overlook the swimming pool and safe, grassy play space. The space inside feels bigger as it has a high ceiling. There really are 2 double bedrooms - you can walk around the bed - and they are comfy beds with loads of storage. The kitchenette has a good fridge, 4 hotplates, a sink and we made lunch and breakfast everyday and an evening meal twice. People have complained about a continental lack of kettle and toaster - but there is an expresso coffee pot, and equipment for making pasta: this is enough for an Italian! Sufficient pots, cutlery and plates for 5. Bathroom clean, bidet, quite large and decent shower if you remember to turn on the heater before hand. If you pay 20Euros per day you get cleaning. It is really like a self-catering place. We opted for self-cleaning. We got back our 100 euro deposit fine at the end. Really a great place. Would have appreciated some washing up liquid but we had a wonderful stay.
I liked very much Hotel staff not very friendly and felpful.
It was understated peaceful and relaxing .We loved the evening meals. We thought the music in the bar stared too early as most people were dining at by the time we were finished dining the music was over except for one night it didnt finish till 11.00pm
It's a great quiet, relaxing place. Staff were kind to my child and we met interesting people. We visited the hotel 7 years ago. The decor is the same - very nice, but the atmosphere has changed. The company seem a bit money grabbing. We still had a great time though, but I don't think I would go back.
Peace and wonderfull sorrundings. Beautiful setting, the colors and the light were amazing - perfect for a romantic get away
bright, clean, spacey, comfortable. I liked the armchairs on the balcony No ironing facilities. Via Umberto was a bit noisy, so the part of the hotel facing it is a bit unlucky. Hotel staff do not speak english so you will need to get by in Italian .
Very good, nice, new and clean hotel. Close to the city center nad bars.
a very nice hotel....elegant...with a great staff...the breakfast (included in the price) was a rich and colossal buffet....the owner bake the cake every morning...space for parking.... the air conditioning was not working properly
The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a small problem with our shower which they fixed immediately. The breakfasts are extensive, very well presented and delicious with home-made cakes by the owner almost every day we were there. The Wi-Fi (in the lobby) worked better than at home! The terrace we had was really spacious with even a clothes airer to dry our swimsuits. It is on a busy cross-roads so either ask for a room at the back on the parking lot or keep the aircon on and close the windows at night.
The hotel has real quality and style. We enjoyed the balcony and its comfortable furniture. The buffet breakfast was very good. Lovely garden. Pleasant staff. Not a thing.
Just stay for 2 dyas. It is a simple hotel close to city centre and easy to reach beaches by car.
breakfast was good; traditional sweet Sardinian cakes, yogurt, fruit. Location was ok, not on beach, but close to town. Many beaches were in driving distance. Thought the cost was a bit high though for one night. It was a stopover place before we flew out of Cagliari the next afternoon (1.5hr drive to airport). A/C didn't work for us and we had a miserable night. Maybe if we had asked for assistance, they could have fixed it. But the unit was on, we just thought it would take awhile to cool..but after midnight, it was still hot and too late to contact the front desk for assistance. The hotel is located at a busy crossroads, leaving the windows open at night is too noisy.
The staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast was really excellent. Room was comfortable and sizeable. no internet
The staff were 1st class, very friendly & helpful. The hotel website does not do the hotel justice, it is a new high quality building whch is immaculate.
I reserved a room for three people, in fact we were twoo adults and two children. They did not complicate. We even got a room for four for the price of three.Nice garden, lots of greenery and flowers. Water in the shower was nearly cold.
We were there on the first day of the season so were upgraded to a beachside room. Staff were exceptionally helpful, when they spoke english, and the food was great.
Great location, beautiful garden, private beach You can only eat somethong at limited hours and in the evening only a 5 courses menu. Eating a la carte is not possible. There is no information about this, and about the price of the menu there is also no information. Even the waiters could not tell us!.In the bar there is almost nothing to eat.
The food was excellent.
The hotel offers a tremendous relaxing atmosphere. Professional staff, very nice location, great garden The mountain bikes available were not well maintained.
Went to relax and unwind for a week away from our 24/7 business - mission accomplished! Excellent staff, wonderful gardens and beach. (Excellent sunshine as well!) Food could have been better. Rather repetitive and uninteresting.I had expected more from an Italian cuisine.
The sea ! Clean clear water and lovely beach. Friendly, helpful staff and good food too
food, hotel on beach, pools rather remote and transport to airport/towns v expensive
Excellent food, nice staff, very clean rooms, beautiful sea. Dinner starting at 20h00, a bit late.
Having direct access from the hotel onto a lovely sandy beach.
Cute design and closeness to beaches N/A
The staff were very friendly and the place is amazing. It is made for total relaxation and I recommend this lovely hotel for everyone who are after relaxing break in the sun.
the warmest of sardinian welcomes, nothing was to much trouble in this family run hotel.a credit to them.
the service was excellent, very clean, the owner was very helpful, the atmosphere was stylish and relaxing
Great location: a new hotel on a beautiful area with olive and fruit trees. Very relaxed feeling. The family running the hotel is very kind and does everything to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was big enough for us and the bathroom had a spacious shower. The breakfast was very good, especially the home made pastries and cakes. We loved our stay: the only negative is that it was too short.
The welcome was warm and the attention of all staff during our stay was friendly and helpful. Food was wonderful and the room and rest of hotel a very high standard. We felt welcome and comfortable from the first minute. A marvellous hotel that provided the basis for a great holiday
People are fantastic. Alessandra and her team was making everything in order to make our stay perfect. They really love what they do and it's felt in every detail. Breakfast is fantastic! Self-made cakes are delicious as fresh ricotta and marmalade. Everything was good. The only one thing to mention: it's better to have a car, staying there. It's possible to get to the beach and Villassimius on foot, but be prepared for a long walking (20 min beach, 30 minutes village). If you are bike-friendly - no problems, takes 10 minutes, but if you want to go to other destinations it will become quite difficult due to long and stead ups. Everything was good. No extra charge for capuccinos.
We really enjoyed our stay at S'Arenanda. It's near many beautiful beaches. The marina and downtiwn Villasimius is a 5 minutes drive. The hotel is nice and very clean. It has a lot of charm. The staff has been extremely helpful and available.
Allesandro was a charming and very friendly hotelier. The place was clean with very lovely features. It should be a 4 star!
very friendly, helpful staff/owners, cosy atmosphere in a way, this place is not really a hotel, but rather an up-market B&B. Extra charge for espresso macchiato with breakfast. Limited bar hours (10 p.m.).There is no restaurant, and if you do not want to have your dinner every night at the trattoria across the busy road, you need a car (also to go to the various beaches). Room nr.5 is not big, but the bathroom is really tiny, about 4 sqm. Wake-up service is provided by a rooster from a nearby farm...
