At the Pick-up line up was like 3rd world country, kind of hurt my vacation's start. Although I explained my needs the staff at pick up paperwork, pursuit me for lots of up-sales. I spent a lot more than my need, definitely never Thrifty anymore. Drop off was fine. TnxAvaliado em 23 ago. 2023

Our check in was awful. We had a 9am pickup time and at 9:45 they said it was be another 45 minutes. Then they up-charged us for a smaller vehicle that was ready and we couldn’t wait because we were traveling with small children that needed to get home for naps.Avaliado em 21 mai. 2022

Thrifty counter was unmanned and had to use Hertz counter to be served. Waited for an hour to get a car. Staff was surly. However we ended up with a car a couple grades above compact. Clean good running car that still got 40+mpg. Dropped car off at LAX, so I can’t speak to the drop off experience in Oakland, but it was very straightforward. Drive up, park, and walk away.
