O quarto do hotel era limpo e confortável, ficamos satisfeitos. Nós não ficamos impressionados com o cassino em si. Ele era pequeno e muito lotado.
Muitas coisas para fazer em uma área compacta O ginásio e a piscina fechavam cedo e abriam tarde. Além disso, custa US$ 8 para utilizar o ginásio se você não comprar os serviços de spa!!
Overall nice place, room was laid out nice, with plenty of room. Bed was comfortable.
Clean riverview room! Super comfy beds. Short walk to Blind Tiger restaurant (must go!) Casino was generous! (Results may vary. LoL) Staff was nice and helpful. Overall GREAT! No pharmacy nearby. Would have bought hypoallergenic soap and other toiletries from gift shop if they had it. My fault for having sensitive skin.
The room itself was nice and pretty clean. Could have got that at La Quinta for cheaper though. Hallways smelled bad, front desk staff unfriendly, $7 for parking, $11 for breakfast, bad coffee
i didnt like that when the house keeping cleaned the room they folded the old towels and put them back and didnt give us new towels, and when the beds were done they didnt change the sheets out with new sheets and one bed got made but the other one didnt due to items being on the bed which coulda been moved and put back. there was also a note explaining y the bed wasnt made.
The hotel itself was really nice. The beds were comfy and shower was clean. The front desk apparently had some issues with late checkouts from the previous night. My kayak check in stated my room would be ready at 3:00 even though the hotel had stated their check-in time was 4:00. We got to the hotel at 3:10 and found out that none of our rooms were ready and that all they could guarantee would be a room before MIDNIGHT and if they could get us a room at that time, they would refund our money. They had no kind of "waiting list" ready or procedure on how to take care of us in an oderly fashion. I was actually told to "just go to the bar area and ill come find you". I later found out that people were putting their names down with some of the other customer service representatives so I got back in line and was now 5th in line. They actually did get us into our rooms around 4:45 or 5 but they could use a refresher course on customer service!
It was clean, quiet, and well-located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The location was perfect for quick access to the interstate and the parkway in Shreveport. We needed a room for the weekend because of business events. We had stayed at this property several times before, but not within the last 3 years. The 4th floor hall was filthy with trash and dirt. In the room, the TV remote would not work until my husband fixed it. There was no hot water even after asking for maintenance to address the issue; water could best be described as almost lukewarm before maintenance call and lukewarm after maintenance addressed it. The door to the room was crooked on its frame and would not close unless shoved with a shoulder; the door (Room 416) had marks on it where a crowbar or hammer claw had been used on it. Doors on dressers stood open; when pushed closed, they would slide back out. The lamp was broken with live electrical wires exposed at the base which was a critical safety issue. We explained all this and more to the manager before we checked out after the first night and went to another Hilton property across the river in Bossier City.
Close to Boardwalk. Very clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was not included.
I enjoyed the alternative staff and the shuttle to the boardwalk and casinos. Did not care for the congestion of the cars for loading and unloading guests, and having to cross major street to get to cars in the parking garage. A crosswalk would be great!
Friendly and welcoming staff The charge for parking. The noise coming from the pipes in the hotel. At 4am every morning the toilet would make this loud sqealing sound that scared me out of my sleep. I had to get out of bed just to flush it and make it stop
Check-in was very simple and fast! The valet cew was wonderful-very polite, friendly, and helpful! The entire 'vibe' from the hotel was wonderful! I will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone that I know! I checked-out on Sunday Aug.22,2010 (today is Aug.25)...I was charged an additional $100 (total) in deposits and have only received half of that back...I'm being patient!
We had an amazing time. The hotel was perfect in every way. The pool was outstanding. All staff were wonderful. Can’t wait to come back.
The shower curtain rod kept falling when I was in the shower and hit me several times on the head. The faucets need some tlc in regards to cleaning.
Never got the heat to my room...........
Friendliness, ease of getting to the hotel We found a gross large stain on the comforter that was dried. There was a dead spider in the bathroom behind the door and in a pile if dust. We found both of these in the morning just before Leaving. We did inform the front desk person and she stated she would have the general manager and he would call but as yet he has not responded.

The entire staff was very friendly however housekeeping was above and beyond. They went out of their way on more than several occasions to accommodate us. Would stay here again totally based on this fact only! Nice clean hotel, a bit off the beaten path from downtown Shreveport but a perfect fit for this business trip. Don't think they like the fact that I Booked this hotel using kayak.

Great lobby for gathering. Little difficult getting in to park. Better signage.
The hotel was just down the road from our event. The botel was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. The room was stinky. The bench chair at the foot of the bed was stained. I wish the room had a small refrigerator. It would have been nice if the bathroom had a small light for night time when you don't want to turn the bright lights on.

The front desk staff were very helpful. When requested they allowed us a late check out which was very helpful and greatly appreciated. The rooms were perfect and housekeeping was on point to take out trash and clean promptly.
The best things about this hotel are the modern look of the rooms and the cleanliness. The free breakfast was pretty good, too. No, I liked everything about it.
Service, location and price. Room had a foul smell, carpet was very stained. I would not walk around in bare feet. A/c unit did not work great.

The vicinity to food and the college I didn't get the room I booked. I booked a king suite and instead got a double. The desk didn't have a lamp and I was there to study so it was very dark after the sun went down and I couldn't utilize the nature all sun light.
Comfort and service I was told after I purchased room online that I could have had a better rate because I am registered with the rewards program. Breakfast was closed before we could take advantage of free breakfast. I would suggest allowing cold items be available at least an hour later for those who check in late and are not early risers.
It was near the facilities I would be attending functions at. The room was not totally cleaned. I opened a night stand drawer to find a bag of chips in it. I checked each day I was there, they were not removed. Also, fixtures had dust on them, lots of dust like they never clean the lights/lamps.
The amenities the hotel offered was very luxurious. Housekeeping did not come and service the room, its like they forgot about us.

The staff was great and the room was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was the best i have seen yet. The pool was broke which was the whole reason we wanted to stay there. I got charged an extra $30 not sure why and there was blood on my blanket.

I was visiting from Memphis for a baby shower.The staff was so friendly, I really enjoyed my stay there no matter what time of day I went to the front desk or which janitor I saw everyone was nice across the board. I would definitely go back! The key card sometimes cut in and out, a lil difficult to deal with when have got a toddler who's knocked out for on playing and you have to walk to the front of the building to get in, lol! Talk about dead weight!!
Staff was off the charts incredible. Starting with the front desk to breakfast team to housekeeping. One of the best overall teams at any hotel!!! nothing!!

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was well planned and comfortable. The microwave in the food area was not tourist friendly. It had buttons like no other I have ever seen and no instructions. The biscuits were hard and dry, as were the pastries.
The only problem we had was that at the last minute my son and his girlfriend decided to come in town to stay with us. We had a room with a king bed so we asked to change it to two beds - they refused and were going to make us lose 3 nights of payment to change it because we were booked through Expedia and not them. We had to put 4 adults into a room with one bed and paid for a roll away bed to be put in there. The hotel was not even close to booked. They said they can make no changes....I thought it was incredibly rude to make no provisions for the situation - we offered to pay the hotel extra for the extra people. They would do nothing. If I wasn't going to lose 3 nights of payment then I wouldn't have stayed but it was pre-paid...
Friendly staff Slight musty smell upon entry to room....but it dissipated after awhile.
The room was great, bed very comfortable! Bathroom and the room were very clean. Very nice. All of the staff that I encountered were above and beyond courteous and friendly. The hallways had a musty smell all the time and the very slow elevator stunk of something that wasn't familiar. I used the stairs most of the time. Priced a bit high per night, but not beyond reason. The breakfast in the lobby was just simple stuff, wish it had been more.
