Dentro do programado estava tudo a contento.
The room was super clean with trendy decor, very comfy beds, nicely heated, and very quiet (a great night sleep). The man on duty when we arrived was really welcoming and helpful with places to eat and sightsee. Coffee machine in foyer for use anytime which we found rare in Europe. Great value accommodation.
Location, location and location! Clean and spacious room, fresh linen and cordial host made our stay wanting us to return and we will. Nothing
The most amiable owner and staff! Really friendly and welcoming, enthusiastic about their city and with mountains of information to share. They made our stay in this amazing city double as good as it would be. Also, the room and bathroom were probably the cleanest ones we've ever seen. Excellent price for this value. Great location, too. Close to everything but far from the noise, as the owner said. The fact that all their rooms are strictly non-smoking. Rather a plus for non smokers.
The rooms were exteremly spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the hall. Hotel was quiet as not very large. The staff member was not often at the hotel. When arrived at 3PM she did not arrive until 4 and again upon check out at 9.30AM we had to wait for her. However she was very helpful and friendly when there.
safe , clean, helpfel na
beautiful place with a great location to the city and the beach. a must stay place for the money
The location of the hotel is wonderful and easy to get to. the staff was very friendly and informative. We loved our stay at the Parma and would definitely stay there again.
Ver6y good position. Comfortable and friendly
location, mostly super friendly staff, location again!, clean, no frills.
View to the sea is very pleasant. Location was great, very close to everything. Staff were more than great; very friendly, helpful and considerate; we had a serious incidence happening in our room and Pedro (reception staff) was our hero!
Highly recommend as this is on the water front. Near old town and walking distance to everything.
The pleasant and friendly staff and the location. No, not really
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was very convenient to the train and the old city. The room was very simple
Location was ideal No
very very nice people
Pension Koxka was located right in the center of the old town, which was great for us. Some people may find the noise from the bars below to be too much, we didn't mind. Room was super clean, and comfy! Beatriz and Juan Carlos were amazing, they really tended to our needs! They even had a laundry service, so they did our laundry for 10 euro. I would highly recommend this pension. If I were to go back, I would definitely stay here again!! No refrigerator, a refrigerator would have made the stay better, but i still give this pension 5 stars!
We felt like we were walking into a spa! The lobby is very small and intimate, so we were a bit concerned about going to our room, but then we opened the door to a very spacious room with 2 balconies overlooking the Parte Vieja streets. We were thrilled! The elevator to the building was not in service; however, the hotel shares it with others in the building, so it wasn't their fault. Luckily it's on the second floor so we didn't have to carry our bags too far up the stairs!
The location is central and the manager (the only staff member I think there is) very helpful It is hardly describable as a hotel - just 2-3 rooms in a block, 2 floors up and no lift. I had heavy baggage, and was reliant on the manager to carry it. "Breakfast" (the most basic imaginable) is served in the room - there is no dining room.
The hotel, which should be called b&b is well located. I always expect that hotels reserved through Booking.Com meet some standard comfort and facilities, but this hotel did not meet even the most forgiving standards. There is no advice that you must call the manager by phone at arrival, nor that you will need to take your luggage two floors up without an elevator. There are other options in San Sebastian, so avoid this place, especially if you are driving, parking is a miracle.
5 minute walk from Old Town, the beach, or Gros, you choose. Fantastic Pintxos in old town, and a giant Pintxos pote in Gros on Thursdays (Pintxos crawl where a drink and a pintxo is only 2 euros - selection is not as tasty, but it's cheap and fun with tons of locals). 7-10 minute walk from train station. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They stayed late for a late check in when our train didn't come in until after hours. Offered to do laundry for us during our stay. Had lots of local breakfast recommendations. Room was very clean and the bathroom was amazing (we now want a shower setup like they had). Room did not seem to have temperature control that we saw, but we went during May so the temperature was mostly nice and easily modified by opening the balcony door for a little. Would book there again next time we visit. Parking in neighborhood looked tight (but we took the train there so we never had to hunt for parking, sounds like the pension had suggestions, but probably had to pay ). Lack of individual temp control if going In a warmer month. Our room opened onto the back alley, so sometimes if we had the balcony door open we could smell cigarettes from other neighbors(But rare).
