Fácil acesso a qualquer coisa e limpeza
A localização é imbatível.
We came with two kids under 5. This hotel was reasonable walking distance to the falls with free parking, had clean rooms and a large pool. The breakfast was not included however, and was rather pricey, even with the kids' breakfasts more or less free. I say more or less because the kids menu was restricted and you still have to pay tax on it. Speaking of tax, there is a hidden tourism tax on the room and food which the hotel did not mention. A family member told us about it after our stay. This tax is optional and you can ask for it to be removed--but only if you know it's there in the first place!
We had a perfect stay with a clean quiet room within a short walking distance to all the Niagara Falls sights.
Bed Heart Shaped Jacuzzi No outlets No ventilation in bathroom. Not very romantic to smell partner s business. Have to turn on each lamp - no central switches No fridge
The location and free parking made this hotel very appealing. The hotel felt dingy. The hallways are old and dark. When we first got to our room the tv and 4 separate lights didn't work. Apparently housekeeping likes to unplug everything (we were told this is a known issue and apparently one that has not been addressed). Not a huge deal, but any decent hotel would make sure everything was perfect by the time guests arrive. In addition the room didn't feel clean. There were a few pills on our floor and a small stain on the sheets. The sink also looked grimey. Free parking is great, but there was garbage EVeRYWHERE. Overall it just seemed like their wasn't much pride in whoever makes the decisions at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful, but whoever is making the big decisions needs to invest some $ into the place and clean it up a bit. After one night we cancelled the rest of our reservation and stayed at the Hilton in a studio suite with a view of the falls for the SAME PRICE!
convenient location mattress is so old and uncomfortable
The price, included free parking, and staff were all very nice. The hotel seemed to be within walking distance of everything, including the falls. It was also right next to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. We got assigned a room that had vending machines directly outside of our room. We couldn't hear people but what was a bummer was that the extra space that was taken out of our room for the vending area was compensated by taking room from our balcony. This made it very small. Enjoyable none the less.
Everything the room service is only for the breakfast and not the rest of the day
The staff was very helpful & friendly! We were able to gets parking pass even though we arrived early! The room was quite nice! Could hear crying baby next door- maybe because of thin walls or the connecting doors? Also, although the ice machine owe to our room was convenient, it was also noisy late at night. Happily the baby didn't cry long and we were so tired it may not have mattered much anyway!
The location is perfect. You are by a lot of great restaurants and walking distance from the falls.
The hotel staff are so helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
I love the beds and the down duvets. So comfortable. Also like the microwave and fridge which is great for having drinks and snacks. The room is clean and doesn't smell musty like some motel rooms at Niagara falls.
There was abosolutely nothing to like about this place except its location. Upon check in, the room assigned to us had yellow stains on the pillow and excessive hair when comforters were lifted. I was staying with 2 kids so I had to make sure the took was super clean. Anyways, after discovering the stains and hair, I went back to the front desk and asked to have our rook changed; he immediately grabbed a couple keys and took me to a show completely opposite to us. The room as he opened had this strange odor; so I went ahead and checked the pillows and BAMM...bed bugs here bed bugs there. Bed bugs every where! The staff felt very embarrassed. Took a photo to show his boss in the morning (I did too for evidence evidence ) . Hmmm...bed bugs under pillows and comforters, yellow stained pillows, hair every where, cockroches under "clean" towels. The staff is extremely rude and will not take ownership of anything that may be wrong with the room.
Good price. No tea/coffee facilities. Water took 10+ minutes to get hot
cheap, bonus microwave and small fridge walking up to the 3rd floor with all our luggage was a pain, the walls were concrete were the bedframes attached to and look out of place compared to the other walls
The manager and staff were very disrespectful and rude. We had confirmed a check in time of 8am days before our trip yet they denied us a room and argued with us for two hours until I called bookings.com. The room itself was cleaned quickly but not well. I would not have written a bad review if they had spoken to me with respect.
This was a great place to stay as a base to explore the Niagara Falls. The staff were helpful, the room was great! Nice and quiet, even on Saturday night! Off street parking a real bonus. Will stay there again and can strongly recommend this hotel. The fact that we only had two nights and would have loved to stay longer!!!!!!!
The owners were very accomodating and the location was great only 8 tv stations - not good for tv watchers
the actual room environment are poor and different from the pictures i saw on that website.
Nothing much The rooms were dirty, dirty furniture and upholstery, damp smell and some insects flying around inside the room. It was terrible experience. New owner apparently has no experience in hotel management and does not customer service at all.
It was close to the club seven To say I paid over $200 that room was very rough. Stains on the floor and cracks in the walls everywhere.
