A equipe foi excelente! A localização é excelente.

As bebidas eram ótimas no bar. Eu definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente
Os quartos era encantador. Localização excelente, grande cama king cama muito confortável e espaçoso quarto. Realmente nada, gelo no primeiro andar mas bom
Me senti seguro e bem-vindo - viajante sozinho Tudo foi bom ... nada é perfeito.
If you are looking for a place to stay in the French Quarter, close to the action but not in the midst, this is it. Hotel Provincial is everything you'd expect with a boutique hotel. Rooms were small but adequate. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom space is generous. One of the best features is the middle courtyard. Kind of acts like and outdoor lobby. Enjoyed sitting there early in the AM before heading out for fun. Hotel convenient to Jackson Square, Royal/Bourbon street action yet far enough off track so you don't have to "live" with the distraction. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful A few staff members need to go back to customer relations 101, but thrat is hardly a reflection of the staff overall
Great service even though the hotel was booked solid for ballgames in town! Awesome doorman/concierge and continental Breakfast~ Breakfast dishes could be a little bit larger - and/or a tray to carry since we had to sit outside to dine~
Staff is wonderful. Courtyards are perfect and the location is great! Would definitely stay here again.
At first I thought the location was good but at 3am a large group of bums would gather outside of our room fighting, singing, and yelling very loudly-so much that we were scared for our safety. They would not accept our travelocity reservations and tried to charge My credit card again, even though it was already paid for. We did not get the rooms we asked for with two queen beds. The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there too. For the price we paid the tiny room should have had a refrigerator or at least a coffee maker.

My absolute favorite thing was the real shuddered Windows, floor to ceiling that actually opened up to the French quarter. Like you could hang out the window and watch the groups go by on the haunted New Orleans tours. The fact that they stopped in front of my hotel was only slightly nerve racking The room smelled a little like mold and my ears and throat itched all night. Also, the toilet seat was loose and threatened to throw you on the floor everyone you sat on it.
2 blocks from bourbon
Hotel room was beautiful. Loved our car was inside the courtyard, safe and close. Can't wait to go back.

A demora pra fazer meu check-in foi inaceitável.
Nice old building with a pretty courtyard and lovely lobby. Nice staff. Our room was small and dark and quiet. The sheets were nice and clean and the A/C worked- towels were clean. Room was a little older not super spiffy but a pretty and large bed, they were all nice and helpful, nice small pool too with towels outside and free coffee and breakfast. We were quite happy with the place for the price. Glad we stayed there.
The location and staff couldn't be beat. Right in the middle of the French Quarter, and the more quiet portion of it, too (you don't want to be on Bourbon Street unless you want to stay up LATE). It's an historic place, being the original location for the jazz museum, and there's a lot of interesting memorabilia scattered around the buildings and lobby. And the inner courtyard and patio is great. Our room was VERY small, just barely enough room for two beds and access to them. In talking to other guests, it appears that most of the rooms are the same. Ours only had one tiny window over the door. One doesn't stay here for comfort, but rather for the location.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The location was great as we were in close proximity to the Bourbon St. The room was small, but very clean. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.. Our room was right off a busy street so you can hear trucks, cars, and conversations as if they were in the room. Once the noise outside ended, it was a pleasant night's sleep.
Quaint, personable, good location, good breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful Louis Armstrong Park just a few blocks away.Easier just to walk around in this area. Might try having an ice machine across the st. near the Cottages.
I've stayed in NOLA, in and out of the French Quarter, several times. This was definitely a classic experience, and I mean that in a good way. Friendly (but unenthusiastic) staff, well-appointed (but small) rooms, a lovely courtyard (petite), easy parking (big bucks), a well-dressed lobby (not worth lingering), free breakfast (just like Holiday Inn). Truly, a very, very nice stay... for too much money.
We arrived around noon and were checked in right away. The room was small but comfortable. We had reservations for a Queen bed, but were given a room with a King, and it was very comfortable. All of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The lobby has been nicely renovated, but still maintained all the character you'd expect in an older building. It is an older building, so it has some quirks (Although for me that isn't wholly negative.) The plumbing and HVAC were a little loud, and the internet connection was spotty.
Staff was all courteous and it was close enough we could walk everywhere but far enough from the craziness of bourbon street First night there were 30 people in their underwear by the pool and my 13 yr old daughters room was at the back past the pool. It was not family friendly. I was given a partial refund but have not been credited yet. I was moved to a much smaller room where there was a bout six inches from the end of the bed to walk to the bathroom. The air conditioner did not work properly and it was about 97 degrees everyday. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room I was moved to. The shower did not stay at one temp and in fact was too hot to use no matter if you turned the hot water all the way off. The horse my daughter was moved to smelled like a horse trailer as in wet hay. Overall very disappointed with the hotel.
Location was the reason I chose this hotel. It was just a few minutes walk from Bourbon street and all of my favorite bars and restaurants! I would have appreciated the stairs leading up to my room to have been clean. Also, the curtains blocked the air conditioner, so if you expected to sleep in you would have to do it without air or with the curtains open and the su beaming in.
The entire staff was friendly and helpful as we were first time visitors in the city.
Hot food and delicious coffee for breakfast! Great location only 2 blocks from Bourbon Street! Wonderful scenery with several brick courtyards, lots of greenery and two swimming pools! Clean room with updated bathroom! Front desk clerk was super nice, very accommodating and knowledgeable! He let us check-in over 3 hours early and then stored our luggage for a few hours after check-out! The cleaning ladies were the most friendly I've ever come across, always laughing and smiling! I've previously stayed at 2 other (more expensive) places in the French Quarter... and I will ONLY stay at the St Pierre in the future!
Pretty lobby Housekeeping and maintenance prompt with requets Moved rooms three times due to heat not working Door knob on first room broken Sink in third room clogged Located on busy, noisy street Carpet stained Valet took 45 + minutes to retrieve car Heat stopped working after first night
Considering our first night was a nightmare at our original hotel a bit outside the French Quarter we couldn't believe we lucked out on getting a room here! It was just me and my boyfriend for a fun romantic getaway and this place is just that. They treated us so well especially for making last minute arrangements and even let us check in so early as we rushed to get out of other place. Really turned our day around on what could have been a disastrous weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for to get the real historical new orleans feel, had character not your typical 'hampton inn etc' that gets boring, and within walking distance to Bourbon st and the French market. We loved every minute of this hotel and wish we could have found it originally and stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Front desk and gentlemen to help with luggage were beyond accommodating helpful and welcoming! Lobby was really neat and pretty enjoyed the coffee! Honestly everything was perfect. If I had to get super nitpicky maybe just a few more options for the breakfast.
