Prós: The hotel is close to the train station and many bus stops. The bed was big & comfortable. I liked that there wad a separate shower & bathtub, which included some bath salt. There was a small fridge with water bottles & a kettle and some tea bags included in the room. B
Contras: The location was adjacent to the railroad tracks, so I could hear the train pass by frequently. I know this is something the hotel has no control over.
Prós: The spacious room along with calm surroundings. Also liked its location
Contras: Better breakfast need to be provided.

Prós: The friendly host lady knows only a few words English, but communicates perfectly and is very helpful. >My room was a typical traditional Korean Hanok room, very small and simple and with a hard futon "bed", but with a modern toilet in the tiny bathroom..
Prós: Cute little place, good location. Owner has minimal English but went out of her way to help us feel at home and find everything we needed. The place is impeccably clean and felt safe.
Contras: This was our first (and only) stay in a traditional Korean style room. The only negative thing I have to say is about the level of comfort that provides. I read this entailed “futon mattresses” that you roll out, which is fine by me. I’ve slept on a futon for years. That seemed to be a bit of an overstatement. The mattress in question is roughly the thickness of a nice bath towel folded twice. The pillow was a bag of rice, in a case. I’ve had better padding when I go camping in the woods. As far as I can tell, this is typical for the style of room this was, not any skimping on this particular place’s part. Just be clear on what you’re getting.
Prós: Very clean and cosy !
Prós: Regulation the heating of the floor and a water purifier for hot and cold water. This Guesthouse is near the Hanok Village which is really cool!
Contras: Can't read the functions of the toilet because it's korean. But expect that functions, it's a normal toilet. The bathroom was really cold, so i've showered with hot water.
Prós: It is a really nice guest house, although the host lady cannot speak English, but she was trying the best to help me out during my stay. It’s only about 10-15 mins drive after getting off the express bus terminal to the guesthouse. It’s located just in the Hanok village, and it’s quiet and convenient for me to travel around in the village. The village is really beautiful in autumn, which is full with golden and red leaves! The room is small but comfortable, the floor is warm and really can let you fall asleep in a few seconds! Last but not least, because I have to travel back to Cheonan on Sunday, but during the peak tourism season, the bus ticket nearly sold out at that morning and foreigners cannot buy the ticket in the app without Korean local card, the daughter of the host was really friendly to reserve the last ticket for me and even took me to the bus terminal to enter the card details and get the ticket for me ^_^ In a word, it’s worthy to stay!
Prós: It’s a very clean and comfortable traditional house. The 이모 (aunt) or host of the house make me feel homely..
Contras: Probably the mattress is too thin but it was fine

Prós: It's a nice place to stay when you want to experience a stay in a traditional hanok house. The house is located directly in the Hanok Village of Jeonju. The rooms were clean and bathroom was also very nice. The staff spoke English and was very flexible regarding the check-in time. The rooms are a bit smaller, so if you're traveling with a bigger group of people it may get a little crowded. Overall a very nice and pleasant stay.
Prós: Superb location and many good restaurant there
Prós: Cleanest, services
Contras: Size of the room, required a small table and chairs, space to leave luggage.
Prós: Clean, good location in central Jeonju hanok village, last but not least YK is a nice & helpfull owner. Recomended Hanok stay..
Contras: nothing, all beyond expectation
Prós: The owner welcomed us when we got there. He took his time to give us a detail introduction and recommendations. Also let us leave the luggages for a few hours after check out.
Prós: It was clean, well located and the host was very attentive. Three of us in a double room was doable and cozy. If you’re happy with simple and traditional accommodation this is the one for you :)
Prós: Location was brilliant, right in the traditional Hanok village, but in a quiet location away from the main busy streets. The village itself is large, lots to see, quite touristy in the main streets. Owner was very helpful - contacting us before we arrived by WhatsApp, gave us good restaurant suggestions (everyone should try bibimbap, it's delicious), making sure we knew how to find Gaeunchae, sorting out a room for us on arrival as we arrived very early - that was very helpful as we could leave our bags and then go and explore. His manager spoke a little English and was also very helpful. The room was just as we had expected and sleeping on the floor with futons etc. was fine and a great experience. You discover you don't need furniture after all! There was also a place to leave your luggage.
Prós: If you know what you’re getting yourself into when you’re staying at a homestay, it was great. The owner was especially friendly and accommodating. The room had a fridge, it was warm, the room locks were modern, and bread/jam/tea was served in the little kitchen. We booked a double room, which included two floor mats and two blankets. Free wifi! Free shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The location is very central and walking distance to the attractions in the Hanok Village.
Contras: The check out time was a bit early (10:30am) for us, but it seemed most people had left by then anyway. Personally, the seed pillows were a bit hard and my hips/shoulders hurt in the morning, but hey, you do pay to sleep on the floor. Overall, I think it’s on the more comfortable side when it comes to homestays in this price category.
Prós: close to several tourist ttractions.
Contras: they got the extra charge for a 3 years old baby? so strict.. It was little bit narrow tiny than we thought. poor soundproof
Prós: staff is very nice and friendly. location is perfect. very peaceful
Prós: It is really a true Hanok experience The host is really nice and recommended us good restaurants and things to do The garden is truly beautiful and enjoyable
Contras: Don’t take too many nights as it is not very confortable to sleep on the floor
Prós: Location is perfect, room is clean and staff is very kind. Definitely recommended! Do note the beds are korean style ;-)
Prós: Located few steps from Hanok village. Walking distance to major sites. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. She helped us with everything from restaurant info to taxi reservations.
Contras: Everything was perfect !
Prós: The location, price and cleanliness were great! The staff held our luggage before and after our check-in time and recommended really nice places around. Speaking Korean is a plus if you’d like the staff to recommend good places.

Prós: Everything was perfect, we loved it and we recommended it
Prós: Host was very nice to greet us, gave us a mini tour of what is around the house etc. Even tho we only stayed for one night, she was very kind to prepare bread and boiled eggs for us knowing that we wanted to check out early. Also we had the whole plave to ourselves since there was no one there haha. She also recommended us a place for bibimbap.
Contras: At night it can be quite dark around the whole area so not very good if you're alone. Location is just a bit secluded but able to find in day time. As we were the only ones, we were able to lock the main door. However if there were others, that might have been difficult.
Prós: The room was very clean. Everything you needed for breakfast was stored in the kitchen and the seating area was really nice.
Prós: Very attentive guesthouse owner who provided a homely personal service. Great location inside the Hanok village.
Contras: The traditional bed is not as comfortable as a modern bed but the bed on the floor is all part of the special atmosphere of the room. A bit like camping.
Prós: Cozy atmosphere, great location, nice shared kitchen with table, made even better by effectively having the whole place to ourselves.
Contras: Uncomfortable futon mattress and hard pillow. No fan in the bathroom and just a shower head, with no designated space to shower (makes whole bathroom wet).
Prós: The place is really good, nice decoration and very good location.
Prós: So close to the hanok village but quiet. The guesthouse has a great small terrace where you can chat and sip a beer after long day.
Contras: Breakfast was a bit monotonous - toast, eggs, jam, tomatoes - the same every day.
Prós: Location and host was kind enough to accommodate us even though we booked last minute and she didnt speak English.
Contras: Its kinda difficult to get to our room which is on the second floor, the stairs were steep and winding and we were carrying 2 heavy luggages and 2 heavy backpacks.
Prós: climate, style, location
Contras: no wardrobe and shelfs

Prós: Great location and comfy room.
Prós: The rooms is lovely and bathroom is super clean. Ground is hot so you won't freeze at night. Host is very nice and helpful. Guesthouse is in the Hanok Village so easy to visit it.
Contras: Breakfast was limited but you can find something outside easily. You need to like futons if not you won't sleep.
Prós: A totally clean room. Awesome location. Kind and friendly host.
Contras: Inconvenient parking. A bit cramped and dimly lit room. Couldn't well sleep due to the noise of the traffic. Very light breakfast.
Prós: The staff was exceptional, she took her time to explain to me all the sightseeing opportunities in jeonju and helped out with all my asks. Really recommend this place for a truly authentic korean hanok stay. The house itself was cute too. Made my korean trip, really.
Prós: Good value for your money.
Prós: Everything was good ! Check in was easy. The location provided a phone and we just had to call the host and she told us how to check in. Really easy ! The room was a good size and it was already heated so it was nice and warm when we arrived ! It is located inside the Jeonju Hanok Village, so it was really easy to get to and from things ! The host was really nice and made sure we felt comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come to Jeonju again !
Prós: Location was very good. The owner was very friendly and gave recommendations on places to go and restaurants to eat at. She also replied to text messages quickly and made sure the temperature in the room was comfortable.
Contras: Breakfast was below expectations as I thought there would be a place to sit down to eat. Instead, it was just a table with some bread and spreads. It tasted good but was a bit of a surprise.

Prós: Everything was excellent. The facilities and staff were superb. Definitely will return.
Prós: The staff were so nice! Also loved the coffee machine.
Prós: Nice looking room.
Contras: Breakfast for two - one coffe and one juice! Bathtub has drainage directly to the floors. Flood all over. No closet. Nowhere to put suitcase. When we left the room, they opened our door and left it opened. With our stuff in the room.
Prós: Friendly staff and modern decor.
Contras: Far away from tourist attractions, too hot a night, no room temperature control and very clear bathroom (and romance) sounds from other rooms. Staff didn't answer calls to front desk about temperature or noise. A fancy brothel.
Prós: I like that i received everything that was advertised. Breakfast was brought to me and my friends which was also impressive.
Prós: It was a kind of typical "hotel street" with a fairly large number of hotels in the area - as well as some convenience stores and eating places. All quite OK but not fancy. It was located in the periphery of city center but not terribly far away either. We came there by car so ot was OK - and the hotel offered free parking and that was nice. The hotel room and its facilities were quite nice and it was clean.
Contras: Nothing special - we just needed an overnight stay, a reasonably safe area and value for the money
Contras: - Caro "lounge" bebidas (US$ 4 soda)
Prós: Great location in centre of tourist things, big spacious room
Prós: The front desk staff was welcoming. The hotel is in a great location! My room was of a good size.
Contras: The bed was quite hard which was a bit uncomfortable. The bowling alley on the 2nd floor of the building kept me up at night as it sounded like thunder at times. Once the bowling alley closed, things were quiet. My room was at the end of the hallway and also very dark as there was only a small window with glass that you couldn't see out of.
Prós: It was a nice hotel. The room was very comfortable. I have no complaints. The location was very good. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is a short ride from the train station. The building is very tall, so it is easy to find.
Contras: Breakfast was very early.
Prós: Love the location of the hotel! Smacked in the heart of the shopping area of Jeonju! The bus stop to the hanok and bus terminal is also a short walk away. For those who dont mind the walk, you can walk all the way to Jeonju Hanok Village which is less than 1km away! The room is spacious too!
Prós: The room we was given had problem with the TV so we were placed in a bigger room for free. The staff was very helpful and very keen to help. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Not very closed to the public transport but located in the centre of a shopping district (Jeonju Film Festival) with a lot of food. Close to the Jeonju Hanok Village if you do not mind walking 30-40mins.
Contras: The breakfast was bad, very simple and lack of varieties.
Prós: Nice central location, easy walk to the Hanok Village. Staff were nice and room was very clean
Contras: Towels need renewing
Prós: This hotel is right in the centre of the town with places to eat and drink nearby. The room was large compared to Seoul hotels and the shower room was excellent.
Contras: No complaints.
Prós: Location is great, hotel is comfortable. We stay there everytime we come to Jeonju and look for Ramada's everytime we travel in Korea. The breakfast buffet is great, there are American and Korean options which is sometimes hard to find here.
Contras: nothing...it's the best hotel in Jeonju!
Prós: Comfortable. Good quality hotel.
Prós: Close to the city center Comfortable bed Nice lobby
Prós: Though I would have preferred a double bed or larger, I found the bed very comfortable.
Contras: There was a damp musty odor in the room and hallway- that was not pleasant. They had used an air freshener scent to cover up...that reminded me of a hospice I had to visit recently. I suggest using a scent that has a clean herbal note.
Prós: Stuff are friendly yet it was too expensive ….
Contras: Suit was $300 per night, however, quality of the hotel was only $100.
Prós: Best location , comfortable to stay, definitely coming back when I visit the city again.
Prós: Location easy walk to restaurants etc Shower great Staff helpful
