The person at the counter was nice however the car that I was given was extremely dirty. I had a meeting that I was attending and I was given a dirty car to drive. When I asked for other options and offered to wait to have it cleaned they simply stated that the did not have that option.Avaliado em 25 jul. 2023

I landed at Santo Domingo at 9 pm local with a proper Hertz reservation to be told at the Hertz stand they had no car available for me, no alternative to offer and I could get lost. Needless to say my holidays were ruined. I will see what my next step against Hertz will be. Totally unprofessional and even criminal to leave a family like that at 10 pm at this airport with no service at all. NEVER EVER AGAIN WITH HERTZAvaliado em 3 mar. 2023

They ripped me off on the front end, charging me a price significantly higher than what I booked online. Then they added charges on the back end, including $56 because there was some sand on the floor of the front seat. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEFS!!!!Avaliado em 24 jul. 2021

Prós:Absolutely nothing.Contras:We booked a car for $120 + tax for a total of $210 approx. When we picked up the car, it wasn’t ready and then they told us we had to pay an additional $270 for mandatory insurance. Zero chance I was paying double the booking price for insurance.
