What I didn’t like was the fact that the place I rented from LOOKED like it was at the airport, but it wasn’t. Never traveled to that airport before and the place I actually rented from was in the town of Sanford and closed by the time I landed at 5:15pm. Had to pay 3 times more for the week which I find outrageously high… regardless. I may not rent again from Hertz.Avaliado em 15 mai. 2023

They charged me to use the radio !! I prepaid, and then they just added it to my bill without my approval. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Customer service is terrible. I will be contesting this charge with my cc company. I will not rent from Hertz ever again.Avaliado em 2 mai. 2023

When i searched for cars, I searched for pick-up specifically at the MCO airport. When we arrived, we were told they were sold out and that our reservation was for A DIFFERENT AIRPORT so we spent $150 and time we didn't have taking a taxi to the other airport.Avaliado em 13 abr. 2023

It’s a fraud! They don’t do anything right. After we did the reclamation to get own money back they tell a lot of excuses and they didn’t. So we have to Call own bank to get the money back. Please don’t rent a car with this company.Avaliado em 3 jan. 2023

I picked up the car at MCO, Orlando International Airport. My friend dropped me off at Arrivals and I followed the signs that said "Rental Car Pick Up" and it took me down one level and across the street, but I ended up needing to go down another level back across the street to where I was literally just at. I was carrying all of my stuff and was very annoyed that I had to go back and forth. The signs should be more clear as to where to go to get your rental car.Avaliado em 26 set. 2022
