Made reservation at the Madison, WI Odana beach to get there and for them to rudely tell me there was no vehicle so I was stranded. They proceeded to tell me this happens all the time and there was nothing they could do.Avaliado em 13 jul. 2023

I made reservations 4 months in advance for my rental car when I got off the plane and arrived at the Hertz counter I was told ..it wS credit card only...I did not have my credit card with me...they informed me they didn't take visa debt bank card in a panic I went to enterprise and they were happy to take my 1,900.00 from my debt card I would never recommend HertzAvaliado em 8 jan. 2023

Both pick up and drop off times were when the offices were technically closed! We barely got the car picked up before the employee left for the day.
