Contras: I did not take the flight. The airline changed the scheduled flight. I reached out to JustFly who booked the flight and they said they would rebook a new flight for me but I have yet to receive any notice that my flight was changed.
Contras: I did not fly out that night due to the covid testing needed. We bought the ticket November 11 it did not say we needed to get tested before flying
When we went to check in there was a long line because a lot of people that was flying out did not know also about getting tested before flying
Eva employees said that this protocol started December 1st if that’s the case why didn’t they email travelers that bought tickets before December 1st
And let them know that covid19 test needed. Also at check in we were inline for 2 hours just to let us know we couldn’t fly out they should have a
Monitor saying “ ATTENTION PASSENGERS IF YOU DON’T HAVE COVID-19 TEST RESULTS IN HAND YOU CANNOT A BOARD.”
So that people didn’t half to stay in line for so long.
Prós: Crews were attentive to elders.
Contras: Food is mediocre.
Prós: The crew did a great job making sure everyone was safe and comfortable.
Contras: Be friendlier for pets flying in the cargo hold. Reducing the capacity from 20 to 5 per flight and regularly increasing the fees is not helpful at all.
Contras: Everything was excellent. Left Bangkok on time and arrived slightly early but that’s good. Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Prós: The crew is okay but they seem to be always in a hurry that they do not notice us when we ask for somerhing like water or anything to drink.
Contras: We noticed that we felt hungry, the meal served was not enough. The snack was not served and we had to ask for something to fill our tummy.
Prós: Great service considering the extra ordinary conditions associated with the controls required during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Prós: The crew was very nice and helpful.
Contras: This is not related to the flight itself, but EVA could do a better job of communicating useful information on its website. Because of covid 19, Taiwan recently banned foreigners from entering Taiwan. I was concerned that this might affect my travel plans since I needed to change planes in Taipei. A clarification of this policy on EVA's website would have been VERY helpful, especially since their phone lines were completely overwhelmed.

Contras: I pre-ordered my meals, which were very beautifully presented andtasty, but did feel they weren't large enough. Dessert offerings lacking
Contras: Taipei airport lacks seating in general wait area. There is congestion and slow lines to proceed from there to larger waiting area below.

Prós: EVA does a nice job getting all of the service out and making sure you have everything you want.
Contras: If you are a big guy upgrade to exit row or economy plus. This is an airline that doesn’t generally serve people that are over 6’ or 200 lbs.
Prós: Eva does a nice job keeping you fed and happy!
Contras: If you are a big guy, tall or broad or both, you should absolutely get either an exit row or upgrade to plus. This is an airline made for smaller folks from Asia.
Contras: There was absolutely no wifi even though it was advertised as a flight with wifi. Would not have minded if it was a short flight, however, flying from Asia to North America is always a long flight.

Contras: I am unable to eat dairy products so I choose the vegetarian meal thinking that would be my best option however it had cheese and butter in the food so I couldn't eat most of what was served.

Contras: I was very uncomfortable in my seat. I purchased a seat with more leg room but didn’t know that exit seats don’t have the same width as other seats so my hips were in the seat tight. I wish I would’ve known this before I bought the extra legroom.
Contras: I cannot think if anything. Having the eye masks certainly helped sleeping on the flight a little easier.
Prós: Food was fantastic, everyone was friendly, plane was clean and orderly.

Prós: Crew was very nice. What I like to say is the ramp and bus boarding in lax is awful also the site arranging the trip should give us right away the choice of seats .. For me that’s very important

Contras: Seats were all apart from each other. Even with early check in the seat selection options were limited. I had to basically beg at the counter to at least seat me and my young daughter together.
