Hotel staff and shuttle transportation was on point! Lots of employees late night and very quick personal transport on the airport at all times. Rooms where new and clean. Value for the price is excellent! Great hotel for that night after a flight and being in transit. Bar service was slow
the staff was wonderful an was there for everything we needed, they were always helpful an polite, they made use feel special, I would recommend this hotel an there staff to anyone
small room and limited staff on location small room and low shower pressure
Location, price, Front check in clerks. ,Simple plain attitudes. I aSk if they can help me booked a flight to medellin she ended booking a flight to cali instead . Horrible experience
The location between Zona T and Calle 93 is ideal. The room is kept clean daily with bottled water. Lot's of sports channels on flat screen TV. Wifi worked with no issues everywhere. Breakfast included eggs if you ask. Hotel taxi always ready and cheap. The main drawback is the noise, but that's something you expect in Bogota. A construction crew near the hotel broke the law one evening and made noise until 2 AM. In fairness this could happen anywhere in the city. More bilingual staff would be great.
I feel very safe staying at GHL Capital Hotel during my stay at Bogota Columbia. I am very impressed with the very courteous, helpful, accommodating and professional staff. All our needs were attended to very promptly. It has all the amenities one would like to be available when traveling and away from home. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are kept very clean. Breakfast in included and should I say, excellent.
The hotel itself was quite nice - very American. The staff was quite friendly and helpful - almost earnest. Many staffers were bilingual. The room was also a nice size. I had two issues with the hotel. 1. On both Friday and Saturday the hotel seemed to host a wedding/party. Loud music blasted through the hotel til 2am, making it difficult to sleep. 2. The hotel charges for guests to come up to your room. I was told that I needed to pay approximately 50USD for a friend to come upstairs. This, they said, is their policy. If this is true, then this policy should be explained prior to check in - not prior to a friend's visit.
Good hotel, clean. long check in and check out...I had to change my upgraded room to a normal one after one day due to a water leak in the bathroom
Cordialidade e excelente atendimento.
The staff was very helpful with the entire check in and check out process. Our flight was changed so that required a late check out which was no problem. The bell hop and shuttle service were excellent. Nothing I "didn't like" but just wish they had better option for the included breakfast.
Nice breakfast, mall is walking distance, good gym, many restaurants in the building Can't control room temp, window doesn't open, towels are scratchy, poorly designed bathroom
Great location for night life especially if you are in your 20's or early 30's very inexperienced staff. Walking distance to good shopping and restaurants. Rooms too dark.
Located 1 block from Plaza de Bolivar in Candeleria; very good breakfast, room small but great shower and comfortable bed; excellent on-site Restaurant for dinner. Lots of stairs (1/2 flight from main floors to rooms), area is essentially dead at night - restaurants within walking distance nonexistent.
The SPA -- very relaxing There were no one minding the business center -- had to go bother the front desk to print out broading pass
Everything about this hotel was first class. I never stayed in one before because of the price, but Easter Weekend rooms were $100 U.S. per night. The service was world class. If you told them you have an ant farm and need worms they would be at your door in 5 minutes. I had a minor issue with the food from room service so they comped it and added a free Sunday brunch. It wasn't even questioned. Great class of people and as a solo gay traveler I met so many gay men it would be worth twice the price. I will be staying at W hotels whenever possible!
The staff was super sweet and accommodating at every turn. The rooms were really modern and bathrooms exceptionally clean. Also, our king bed was very comfortable! The location was a little ways away from everywhere we wanted to go, however Uber is insanely cheap and we were able to get around with ease.
The hotel has a very distinctive European feel but the rooms are tiny and the hotel offers simply a bed to sleep in. The restaurant was expensive and terrible. As an American we are used to getting much more for our money than a place like this offers. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very young and eager to practice their English. They made up for the lack of amenities. The Hotel is within walking distance of the Zona Rosa a very safe night life area.
