I prepaid for my rental in full in preparation for a road trip, when I got to the rental desk 15 minutes before my pickup time, I was informed that the locations didn’t have any cars to rent. Was able to pick up right in Manhattan. Upgraded to a 4 wheel drive when say conditions were bad. Was able to do a one way trip as needed all the way to Memphis. Other rental companies would not allow this. Good price and very friendly service.Avaliado em 16 mar. 2023

Terrible rental experience. Will not be using them again. We booked our car in advance and yet still had to wait an hour before any cars were available. When it finally did arrive it reeked of cigarette smoke and the service light was on. After driving for a few hours the gas tank still read full, as it turns out the gas guage was broken and nobody told us. Best thing I can say is that it got us there (late) and it was cheap, but I would recommend going elsewhereAvaliado em 21 jan. 2023

The vehicle provided to me had a problem with the ABS system that made braking in ice conditions almost impossible and placed me and my family in grave danger whilst travelling in Vermont in winter. I have raised this with them and they indicate that there is nothing that can be done. I regard this as unacceptable and I will never rent from them again.Avaliado em 12 jan. 2023
