We liked it that it only took us 10 minutes to walk from the metro to the hotel & it's impossible to get lost on your way to Tambovskaya street if you have a more-or-less decent map:) The area appeared quite alright, and there were some 24/7 stores around, which helped us with our breakfasts & suppers:) Our room was tiny, but pretty clean & neat. We even had a little balcony:) We got checked-in at around 12, which is almost 1.5 hours earlier than the actual check-in officially starts. There was free wi-fi & you could get a free safety box at the reception. It's quite difficult to find the hotel 'cause it's located in a regular block of apartments. You need to enter via some kind of inner yard through the arch. After 9pm the gate to the arch gets closed & you need to use 2 house intercom systems to get in. That's upsetting. Besides, you must leave your key at the reception every time you leave the room, which is strange. The breakfast is served only till 9.30am, so we never had it (we like to sleep, you see:). & the towels in the bathroom are way too tiny.
More service, than I expected. Cheerful stuff, smart accommodation! If I have trip to St. Petersburg next time, I will choose this hotel! A bit noisy rooms, but atrractive locationa area
staff was friendly, nice stay. location was not that good. But there are busstops infront of the hotel. No breakfast was included.
