Check in was quick with free bottled water. Room was spacious, clean and in good shape. Large walk-in shower was amazing. Nice variety on the room service menu and the food was good. Elevators were extremely slow. The parking lot was packed by the end of the night. I left to get gas around 10 PM and when I returned a few minutes later I could not find a spot to park. Several vehicles were parked in a manner that took up two spots. Hotel staff should do a better job of monitoring this situation when they know the hotel is full.
A equipe era excelente, os quartos limpos. Café da manhã continental típico. Tudo ok
Não havia nada para distinguir o hotel de outros.
Refrigerador, forno de microondas, restaurante no térreo, os membros do pessoal, loja de conveniência
My room was very comfortable, upscale even. The fireplace was nice, the shower was phenomenal. After I had been in my room for a few hours, there was a knock on my door. It was someone else who had been checked into my room. He went on his way and about fifteen minutes later, I got a call from the front desk who were clearly confused about who I was and why I was in the room they had checked me in to. After that had been resolved, I called down to front desk to reserve a spot on the airport shuttle. After a slightly awkward conversation, she took down my name and room number and told me I was good to go. When I went down the next morning for my shuttle reservation, I was told the shuttle had left without me because I wasn't on the list.
The staff was very kind and pleasant.
floor directly above the kitchen all I could smell every night was dinner being cooked downstairs
The amenities it had. The linens weren't changed daily.
Hotels shuttle bus service to the airport is worthless; waited more than 30min at the airport without any shuttle coming. Had to take a taxi (however reimbursed by the hotel). More fundamentally: a shuttle bus service without a schedule is of no value. Almost everybody needs to catch a plane - so why would you risk missing it if you don't know the schedule?Even if a shuttle comes you might not get on board because its already full!
Nice pool and hot tub, nice rooms. Shower area in pool was dirty Didn't have a breakfast.
They close their food down at 11pm and I didn't get in until 1115.
Staff was very helpful. Food on site. Location limited but easy enough to get downtown. Wanted bigger gym.
Clean, great room. Very friendly staff. I was forced to stay here due to weather related flight cancellation during my layover. I chose it due to proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle. Proximity was great, but shuttle was pointless because it serves multiple hotels and so was full every single time, so i gave up and just Ubered. Needed a quick free breakfast buffet in the morning, and they are seemingly the only hotel in the area that doesn't offer that. So if you are in a similar predicament, choose a different nearby hotel. If you're on a business trip where everything is on an expense account, this hotel seems great.
Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff Internet was down for majority of visit. Not the staff's fault, but it was. Also in room coffee sucked but that's to be expected.
Staff was awesome, especially Cristian. The hotel was far enough away from downtown that we were out of the bustle, but close enough we could get there quickly. I don't like that Courtyard only has their little cafe in the hotel, especially because this hotel is isolated from other dining options. The food at the cafe is great, it's just a bit pricey!
Nada, ele estava sujo Tudo
A equipe foi muito confortáveis para mim. Não na melhor área.
Nada O hotel estava imundo. O carpete parecia que nunca tenha sido limpo.
Nenhum Tudo isso à sugado
Quietness Easy to get on the freeway No knowledge about facility by employee. Was told no bathtubs in the whole place. There was. Was sent to a destroyed room first. Had to go back and get a different room. Bed was a double and so small Waited 50 min at airport after we called. Driver drove horrible on ice no less. Breakfast was not restocked and food was not fresh. Very disappointed so say the least. Won't be back and would not recommend
Front desk staff was friendly but was short staffed when we called for things. We liked the location, very close to airport, because we needed to be at the airport by 4:30 AM. The room was quiet. The elevator was great! Did not like the guys hanging out at the front desk while we were checking in. I had to call the front desk for a pillow and then an alarm clock. The room could use an update. The outlets, lights & furniture are in peculiar spots, one doesn't match the .other's placement. The couch was totally unusable, it was sunken and looked very old and used. There was no table, just a built in desk.
Good price for a large room. I liked the flat screen tv, was able to open window and get fresh air in the room. Spacious The continetal breakfast was gross, only thing that was okay was the orange juice. Staff was young and unprofessional looking. Mini fridge didn't work and had a horrible odor.
Not at all. Would not return
The lobby in the rooms were very clean. The staff was super friendly. We did not take any of their breakfast but I'm sure it was OK.
The continental breakfast was great!!
There shuttles runs anytime you need it I left at 430am nice hotel for the price compared to others in the area I'll stay again if I'm back in salt lake on business Could be vacuumed better and found a long hair in bathroom counter I don't know how the maids missed that
Had everything we needed! Great price too.
very close to the airport. There were no instructions on anything. Heat/ AC unit, cable/ Dish. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00am, I was long gone by then.
Welcome, comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast. (It was a brief, overnight, stay)
Value for money, airport shuttle, excellent breakfast.
very close to SLC Airport and to the city, nice location, nice rooms, free Internet access
The location and price fit my needs. It was a little run down.
Friendly service, clean room, crisp bedding and perfectly located at the airport for our early morning flight out. Reliable free Airport shuttle and free "HOT" breakfast with coffee available 24-7. Within walking distance to 4 or 5 different restaurants (mostly fast food). Easy to drive to off the highway I-80 Only being there one night...a total of 14 hours, we didn't have time to find fault with this hotel.
Bed was comfortable. The door lock was coming off after it looked like someone tried to force the door in. The faucet was coming off in the bathtub. If the tub was cleaned properly, I would think the housekeeper would report things like that. There was excess chairs, ac units, etc piled against the side of the biulding. Dust all over the lamps. The bed was so sloppily made that I spent time trying make sure the sheets were changed. Definitely will not be staying here again. I expect way more from a Ramada and it seems to me that management is not maintaining the Ramada standards.
We were able to celebrate our 57th Wedding Anniversary, relaxing and close to the things we wanted to visit. Very good weekend
The courtyard/pool area is wonderful for families with young children. The hotel's management and staff were very accommodating to some change requests that we made. The rooms have been remodeled recently, and the front commons areas are very modern. The property is a bit older, so the rooms are small for a family. There were two comfortable queen beds in our room, but there was not enough storage space for our luggage. The hotel has done very well working around this limitation, as there is very little that they can do to expand the size of the rooms.
nice swimming pool and jacuzzi breakfast was rather basic
It was a comfortable place and fairly priced. It was definitely a good choice for what we needed which was a place to stay for a night. It obviously wasn't the most spectacular hotel but I was pleased with the service. The door was difficult to open which was just part of the wear and tear of the place.
Sstaff were friendly and attentive and wer there to answer questions concerninng Salt Lale City The hot tub was near to our room and was used at 0200 am in the morning, by noisy guests. The railway was nearby and frieght trains sounded their whistle all night long. There was also an incident in the hotel shortly after our arrival whereby a man with gun had sought refuge in the hotel. The hotel was surrounded by police officers - an interesting experience to witness to our introduction to Salt Lake City.
Cheap cheap cheap Someone tried to sell me drugs while I was walking to my room. Room smelled weird. Wifi costs extra. Right next to loud highway. Comforters appeared to be from the 90s. It is cheap for a reason.
Hotel is run down, I have used Your site several times and found lot of good deals all over the World, but this Hotel chain should be removed from the list. we stayed in a couple of hotel 6's and they fail to do proper maintenance
I love how this motel is right near a tram stop. At check-in, the man at the desk -- I think his name was Mark -- was friendly and helpful. Since I had arrived by public transit, I needed to locate a restaurant I could reach on foot. He told me exactly how to walk to the nearest family-dining restaurant. The motel is also within easy walking distance (about a half-mile) of many fast-food restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and an independently owned convenience store. The only time I needed a cab was when I left for the airport at 3:30 a.m. During usual day/evening hours, the tram goes to the airport. The faucet in the bathroom had been installed incorrectly so that turning the one-handle faucet to the right produced hot water and turning it to the left produced cold water. I coped, but it was confusing. Also, every time people walked past my second-floor room, I could hear and feel the walkway shaking. Sometimes it felt like a small earthquake. This must be some structural fault.
The people at the front desk were very helpful and courteous.
ok for just one night. nothing special. not perfectly cleaned. there's surely something better in town. not perfectly cleaned. there's surely something better in town.
The room smelled like smoke and the internet I had to pay extra for didn't work.
There was blood on the comforter of the bed.
When I asked questions to the hotel staff about a place I can't find in my GPS, I got satisfied answers. The location is very bad. In front of the motel, the road is under construction. On one side of the motel, there is a high way which is very noisy, and the motel is also very closed to an airport, and I can hear the airplains crossing above my head the whole night. I had a very bad sleep there. Besides, the room smells bad.
Nothing! The desk clerk yelled at me! The beds were not made we had to make them ourselves. Dirty socks and towels on the floor. Everything! Do not take children to this hotel! Disgusting room and rude staff! The police were outside. This place needs condemned!
It does not make you feel save at all.
Location I request non smoking and two beds I didn't get it, there was only on smoking rooms.
Non smoking room smelled like an ash tray. Unfriendly staff and barren creepy rooms with cold floors and two dollar towels.
Stephanie the desk clerk was very courteous and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta (salt lake, airport)! They are very pet friendly and the customer service is great. Their cleanliness is top notch! I like the cleanliness of the hotel but the cleaner smell in our room was overpowering, we had to open a window to air out the room. La Quinta should look into some more eco friendly/simple cleaners. The carpet spray is not good for small children and small pets.
Nice room...quite...good breakfast....good staff...shuttle ride.. No TCM movie channel on TV ....Turner Classic Movies...no commercials on TCM is the only way to fly !
Great Hotel - close to the airport and a 10 min ride into Downtown.
I like Valerie at the front desk, she greeted me and acknowledged me as soon as I walked the door, she even complemented me, made me feel good :) she was verry fast and efficient, made me feel welcomed. The layout of the rooms were amazing the double doors to the bathroom were pretty cool!!! Being this was a girls trip the multiple mirrors and plug ins by the mirrors in the room was amazing we could all get ready at the same time!!!!!! That never happends!!! I didn't see any cameras like In the elevators or halls, being a young group of females we would of felt safer with a camera or two and not just outside by the door. Also I've stayed in many la quinta hotels and I loved the stay and breakfast n mostly the updated clean and modern look, this one I didn't get the same feeling the ceiling in the elevator was a metal grate that we could see every wire, it just wasn't pleasant to the eye a lil out dated on the rest of the colors and decor on the building I guess, also the outside of the building like the walls were gross, cob webs and dirt every where, looked like it hasn't been cleaned, the Orange color really makes dirt pop so I would just maybe take like a spray washer around every once in a while, I mean that's the first thing people see. :)
Parking and proximity to rooms. The exercise room was not cooled. The only available fan could not be plugged into an electric socket.
Had to wait an hour and twenty minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive.
Social Hour was nice, check in and check out easy. Breakfast was good. Had dinner at the restaurant one night, food was good and plentiful, little over priced. Road noise No printed receipt at check out
Room was ok Its dirty....the whole building itself looks disgusting
OK location for business trip. Lamp switch on bedside table broken. No wifi for 3 days in a row, no tech support for the problem. Smelled like pet urine in the room. No regular coffee or coffee service packs in the room. Had to get it from the front desk. I won't be back.
Kind of cheep - There is a bad guy who stand at the breakfast room and monitoring what we eat and did not allow people to take the food out side that room. - very bad internet.
Pancakes at breakfast Very run down and beaten up. A franchise but I did not expect a Ramada could be so grubby!
I accidentally left an item there, I realized I forgot it two hours after I checked out. I called them to have them hold it for me, and they said they would check with housekeeping and never called me back! I continued to call to get my stuff and they kept giving me the runaround and I never got my stuff back!
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This hotel, if you can call it that, was literally falling apart. The back of the chairs were taped together and the carpet was filled with dirt and holes. Throughout the hotel, there was a strong smoke smell that couldn't be avoided. How this place passes a health inspection, I don't know. The manager just sits there nonchalantly, thinking that nothing is wrong. Had to find a new place to stay for the night. There are much better places than this that are also close to the airport, so STAY FAR AWAY from this place.
this was the poorest maintain hotel I have stayed in in 25 years. It was dirty, door latches were broken adjoining room door had a hole in it.I will never stay there again. I would not recommend it to anyone
As best I can tell, this is a two-story hotel with no elevator. At least, no one pointed it out to me...
N/A Check in employee was very unprofessional speaking towards fellow employees. Room was falling apart. No fridge. Carpet was dirty. Sheets and pillow case were dirty. Cum stained handprints all over the headboard as if porno filmed in room. Blinds did not pull shut to block light or people looking in. Towels were not clean. Bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on a rock with a single feather for a pillow. Paint falling off the walls. Worst franchise ever owner should be ashamed and should demolish all locations.
