The hotel is very impressive and has not spared any expense in its inception. The rooms are just as grand as the common spaces and the staff is exceptionally attentive. 1) A five start hotel should not require its guests to pay an additional fee for wi-fi. It's 2015. 2) As President's club members, we were entitled for free wi-fi. However, we had to clear this up at least 5 different times which was shame.
The place at night was safe and a little haven away from the (good) madness of old Jaipur. The chicken tikka at the roof top resto was the best I had in the whole trip. you need to plan to be away from the hotel - it isn't really in the location where you can just nip back to if you need something.
the place was int he middle of city and nice garden to dinner Only the internet was not waorking however irt was not the fault of hotel rather the provider. Maybe also because of Diwali
The building was old in indian style and the hotel managed to keep it that way. They have maintained the interior really good with all thoses photos and old arts and painting in display The service staff were not that good. They do not understand english. Most of the guests I noticed were foreigners and the staff do not speak english. They also do not look neat and clean.
The personal are very helpful and made our stay valuable No major issue
The hotel is truly amazing, it should be at least a 4-star. The decor is fantastic and the rooms are clean and very neat. We had lunch in the restaurant on the rooftop and the food was good as well. Really recommend it if you're looking for a cheap stay in a fancy place.
