Prós: Staff were welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Value for money was good.
Contras: Too far out of town. Such a shame not to stay at a heritage hotel if you can. Drove up, first impression was it looked unfinished. Style does not complement the area at all- can't help but wonder if the architect had been to Jaipur . Room could have been cleaner too.
Prós: Many reasons to like the hotel; facilities (love the pool - ideal for laps), super friendly stuff, the jewelry shop was brilliant and got wonderful quality necklaces for my wife and daughters (ask for Ashok).
And 2 more points; lovely Ms. Binita that helped with booking and organizing my stay and tours, and Chef Abhijeet for making me a VIP guest in the dining room.
Overall, great stay - highly recommended!
Contras: laundry&press did not do a good job. One white shirt had yellowish marks following ironing. Shame, was one of my better ones.
Prós: The front desk staff was very helpful. Good SPA.
Contras: No Executive Level, so no private lounge area for Elite members.
Also very limited choice of eating options and the lobby area was full and very noisy due to on going weddings.
Restaurant staff needs to be better trained.
Prós: The hotel is very impressive and has not spared any expense in its inception. The rooms are just as grand as the common spaces and the staff is exceptionally attentive.
Contras: 1) A five start hotel should not require its guests to pay an additional fee for wi-fi. It's 2015. 2) As President's club members, we were entitled for free wi-fi. However, we had to clear this up at least 5 different times which was shame.
Prós: Service and accommodations
Also house doctor, very professional and effective, cured my diarrhea.
Prós: The breakfast buffet was okay. The restaurant Peshawri was excellent.
Contras: It was just a terrible experience. Even though we booked the highest category of rooms, we had no view and the room was crammed and badly designed. We had to ask multiple times for service and the staff would still not come through with it. The central system that ran everything in the room would malfunction every night and it took the staff over half hour to help us just turn down the lights every night. Despite repeated requests, it took them two days to change the central system.
We asked for our awards number to be put into our booking and it didnt happen. getting the half hour free access to wifi took over half an hour.
The overall experience was really bad.

Contras: I didn't like the room they were normal as per the price nothing extra ordinary so DNt go with much expectations
