Poor experience. I paid with my reservation using affirm and when I went to pick up they would not accept it as a form of payment since affirm doesn't have a physical card to show them. So I had to use a different card and now have to also pay affirm since there is no easy way to refund the transaction. The people at hertz acted as if they had no idea what affirm was even after calling their customer service line. Terrible experience between kayak and hertzAvaliado em 27 jun. 2023

pulled in to return car at Charlotte airport at 12:30am. Sign said it was open until 1am. Car blocking the entrance to the returns, no one in the car, no one on staff at the return center. There was no way to return the car; we were forced to return to return it at 4:30am. The Hertz rep I talked with on the phone said "there is nothing i can do to help you".
