A lot of issues with room service getting orders wrong.
Decor, bedding, and customer service. Power outage which led to a beeping smoke detector and also a loss of pressure to the plumbing which we found out the next morning. Also, the window seal wasn't very tight, and on the 9th floor it gets windy which led to a non stop howling. The doors to the rooms are very large and heavy and there is no soft close to them. So throughout the night we were woken up by the sound of slamming doors and people talking very loudly. This combined with the window noise and the fact that we had to change rooms in the morning to take showers due to the pressure led to a less than satisfactory stay.
I will never use kayak or the Radisson again they double charged my credit card and never gave me my money back causing my back account to over draw and do not recommend paying with goggle wallet cause there how it all started and the all just gave me the run around I hope that alot of people see this before they also get ripped off
There was a parking garage. So, a place to park the car, was nice. But, the parking garage smelled like pee. The beds were clean. There was not a working ice machine on our floor. The vending machine was incredibly loud. The lightning in the halls were dim & dreary. The shower head had a few sprays of water that created a little more than a mist. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The neighborhood was sketchy, at best. We will not be returning guests.
