Prós: New vehicle.
Contras: Didn't have the class of car I reserved and tried to substitute a mini-van. If you don't have a small SUV offer an upgrade.

Contras: I had to cancel my flight due to covid. I couldn’t access my car rental info to cancel it. There were no email to let me know prior to my cancelled trip. I hope I’m not being billed for it. Thank you Forrest

Prós: Cecilia at the Portland airport was great. She made a frustrating experience better, was helpful, kind, and really helped us out. She was the redeeming factor of our trip. The car we rented was nice, clean, and drove smoothly.
Contras: Staff was terrible. We got a flat tire and no one we contacted was helpful. Lyric in particular was rude, dismissive, and condescending when we had to get another rental car from the airport (after enterprise had us drive with the tow truck driver 50 miles). The price was not clear upfront and we had up sell charges we were not aware of. Different staff gave different price quotes and were not knowledgeable. We bout the drivers rental insurance and yet were still charged for the flat and the tow. We will not be using enterprise again, or booking through a third party either.

Prós: Everything was easy and smooth. Always have had great experiences with Enterprise.
Contras: Available at one of the non-airport Enterprise locations.

Prós: the reservation i made I thought was at the airport instead it was 20 miles away so i end up pay a different price then what i suppose to pay
