The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. She told me they offer a shuttle service for customers, which I was not aware of and will be sure to use next time. I rent cars fairly often and this was one of the best experiences I have had.Avaliado em 19 jul. 2023

I rented a Challenger and the brakes were worn. When I took it back to enterprise they told me they could put me another vehicle (truck)or I could go get the brakes fixed and have it billed to them. Because it was a sports car we kept it. AAA had to approve the brake repair and after 45 minutes of waiting at the brake shop, we still didn’t have the approval. So my husband walked a half mile to enterprise to get a different car. It was not a great experience. 😡Avaliado em 25 mai. 2023
