A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Excelente localização Piscina não estava em o sol durante todo o dia e estava muito frio
O café da manhã era excelente e o porteiro e o centro de informação eram prestativos. A localização era ótima! Péssimo Wi-Fi no quarto.
curtain & carpet is old and dirty.
i did not like the hotel, the staff were unprofissional, and hardly speaks english, no experiance in hotel managment althou the hotel is very old the hotel is old, furniture is very old, staff don't spaek english well, to hard to communicate with operator or room service.
The swimming pools were great, breakfast was superb with selection and variety of free fruits and overall the facilities were clean. Location was excellent, could walk pretty much everywhere. Prices at the spa and restaurants are far above the regular thai standards but that is OK as there are tens of options in the neighbourhoods. Same goes for internet and laundry, which were priced as in Europe but luckily, there were several cheaper options available at the neighbourhood.
High quality rooms and friendly and helpful staff make for a great product! We had a great stay. N/A
We hope they change the tv and add more tv Chanels
Your staff, Breakfast choice and quality and the pools. Oh, superb beds! Room furniture a little old and poor quality. Bathrooms very basic (bath & shower especially with grouting between the tiles blackened with mould.
Location is very go od the night bazar is only 5 minutes walk far , and there are alot of bars resturants and tour services arround place. no
Imperial Mae Ping is perfectly situated close to the night bazaar but far enough away not to be caught up in the traffic and noise. Airconditioning was difficult to regulate.
The location is very good and the restaurant/bar next door serves delicious food! The hotel is quite old and is in need of renovation.
Excellent value for the price. The hotel caters for all tastes and the service is impeccable.
the breakfast was average..no bacon..very ameuter service with no knowlege of customer service
Location, right next to the night Baazar., Did not have any facilities in the hotel. They would have to shuttle you to another place and shuttle would stop at 4pm.
It was clean. Great location. Minimal noise. The pool was closed due to rennovations - it would have been nice to have received a small discount or other benefit as one reason for selecting this hotel was the pool. The breakfast was OK (just). The coffee is awful - even busy hotels can make decent coffee.
hotel staff had a good command of English and were very polite and competent! Nice place to be, hotel is next to night market => very good! nothing
The room was truly excellent value at 2000 Thai baht including as much Continental, American and Thai breakfast as you might wish to eat (in a spacious restaurant atmosphere). Our room not only had very comfortable beds but also a big sofa. There was free tea and coffee and the minibar was very reasonably priced - dressing gowns, slippers, plenty of hot water for the good bath and shower. Everything was spotless. The location near the night market is superb and the sound proofing very good. We visited at holiday time so there was no renovation or building work going on. This is now our first choice of hotel in Chiang Mai for sheer value for money.
This was a decent hotel with a Great city location, for shopping and the rooms were much better than described in other reviews. The Breakfast was alittle lacking with selections not replentished , when they were out , they were out ! lol
room was spacious, comfortable beds, quiet and clean, convenient parking right at the front, good security, good kitchen. breakfast buffet did offer more varieties in the past
Near my favorite restaurant Jia Tung Heng Hotel staff ...receptionist is not polite n helpful
Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Good value for money. Great location! 5 minute walk to night bazaar. Beds were a bit hard. Many mosquitoes in front lobby due to stagnant water in ponds.
Though the hotel is old, it was kept clean. The attitude of the staff was friendly and kind enough. Basically the service was acceptable, but the information on the festival event in the city should be more properly gathered and provided for the hotel guests.
room big enough it is pity no safety box available.
good service, grate location brakfast is the same every day
The staff were amazing and the hotel grounds and landscaper were absolutely beautiful...
We enjoyed every think inregards to the hotel the pool & thw staff were all very good & helpful.
Excellent location and outstanding service and decor also features a high-level
We were so pampered by the resort. Siripanna arranged special wine and cake for us knowing that this was our honeymoon. We were so delighted and thankful for the staff. Everyone was so friendly and the whole resort is just beautiful and comfortable, almost like a paradise. We had such an enjoyable stay there and had an amazing time.
One of the best places we have ever stayed.......
The architecture and decor is suberb. The attention to detail is beyond description. Location is wonderful. It is wonderfully tranquil and reminded me of the Lost City in Beijing.
Loved the hotel's landscaping and the deign of the facility. I've never seen a landscaping crew work as hard, and their efforts showed. Liked the pool a lot as well. The staff's professionalism can really be improved. They weren't rude but They need to work on the little things. My wife asked the front desk for a list of the costs associated with the hotel's laundry service. The guy at the front desk says "it's found in the closet near the tv" (which it wasn't). This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Other places would apologize and quickly go find a list for their guests, instead of fault the blame on their guests. Additionally, there is no hair conditioner in the hotel's bathroom. I understand that some may not require this, but I'd be willing to bet a good portion of the hotel's guests do. You have to personally request conditioner from the hotel's maid service. Weird. And finally, their drink pool service has a lot to improve upon. I had to go to the hotel's other bar on the other side of the hotel to get drinks by the pool. On the last day of my stay, the hotel staff told me I could call that bar and they would deliver drinks over to the pool, but when I called, no one answered.
The hotel had amazing service and every detail of the resort layout was just beautiful. If you're in central city of Chiang Mai, no matter how amazing the hotel is there in the city, it will not compare to the beauty of Veranda. I have traveled quite a bit and know what to expect for what i pay for and at Veranda, you definitely get what you paid for and more. It was exactly what I needed from a solo vacation. Thank you Veranda. It's hard to say what I did not like because my experience was just so wonderful.
room was very large and comfortable, hugh balconey with large jaccuzi food was not very good and there were limited choices
