A excelente localização e o extraordinário conforto de todas as áreas do hotel. Claramente o grande problema consiste no serviço dos tours/excursões. Pouca variedade, preços elevados, deficiente informação por parte dos funcionários, desconfortável forma de pagamento (não pode ser utilizada a conta do hotel pois os valores - elevados - têm de ser pagos antecipadamente e em cash).

Alguns funcionarios da recepcao dao te dao a atencao que se precisa quando se tem um problema (ar do meu quarto nao funcionou por toda a minha estada e havia falado com duas pessoas sobre)
Relação custo-benefício, café da manhã farto, conforto Horário de piscina: porque são muçulmanos e estamos no ramadan, fecham a piscina às seis da tarde, porque é a hora dos hóspedes muçulmanos comerem, festejarem, etc.. é descriminação e este é um hotel internacional.

Not a lot actually. See below. Food and drink was extremely overpriced and mediocre. An example which sums up the hotels attitude to the guest was two 1/2 litre bottles of water in the room with a price tag on them of EL. 24 each (approx 3 Euros) Accommodation although clean was rather tired - not what I expected for the 'Offer price' on a deluxe room.
the most i liked was the outlets of the hotel. i didnt like the rooms as they look a bit old fashioned.

Impressive hotel, but don't expect max efficiency, we are still talking about Egypt :) Minimal glitches with staff and responsiveness, but nothing to spoil the stay or anything.

The location was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. Booking.com hadn't faxed over my reservation so there was some delay as the hotel confirmed things with them.
Modern rooms and decors Late in check in and very poor staff in reception, no rescept for the guest, room key damage in every hour !
The staff are excellent, very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds. Lovely hotel. Very expensive internet unless you are a member of free President's Club. Very noisy wedding until 4am kept us awake on Thursday night despite being on 8th floor.

The first thing I liked is that the hotel upgraded us to Fairmont gold which included free food which was not in our initial booking. The rooms were very clean and the view was very nice. The staff was not very knowledgeable and do not provide exceptional service which should be available in a 5 * hotel

Mudaram de precário à nossa chegada... Quase para o dobro do preço estabelecido pelo booking. Obviamente que não pagamos, mas acho que é inadmissível!! Na hora de pagar a conta acrescentaram-nos uns quantos produtos a mais que nunca comsumimos!!! Também tivemos um pequeno incidente na casa de banho (ruptura de um "cano"), razão pela qual pedimos ajuda urgente à recepção... Ajuda essa que chegou meia hora mais tarde... Para já não falar de o funcionário de limpeza que só veio na manhã seguinte para limpar a agua do chão. Todas as manhãs fomos acordadas (antes das 8-8.30h) por um funcionário qualquer que vinha, ora para mudar as toalhas, ora paar limpar a casa de banho, ora para encher o mini-bar..Realmente, não merecem as 5*.

Ótimas instalações - quarto, piscina e restaurantes. Staff atencioso, eficiente e cordial. O operador turístico instalado no hotel oferece pacotes a preços per capita muito elevados (pelo menos o dobro do que se consegue). Não fica muito claro o que os pacotes oferecem e o cliente ainda fica sujeito a pagar nas visitas mais por algo que não necessita existindo, inclusive. a participação do preposto indicado pelo operador de turismo para realizar a visita. É preciso cautela e firmeza com o preposto para não pagar por algo que não se precisa.

O Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo foi muito além do que esperávamos.Estavamos comemorando 30 anos de união e portanto em uma segunda lua de mel. Fomos recebidos no aeroporto, de uma forma muito cordial apropriado para quem chega de lugar tão distante. No Hotel fomos agraciados com um bolo delicioso e pétalas de rosas sobre a cama. Todos as necessidades que tivemos foi prontamente resolvidas pelos funcionários. Foi portanto excelente! Recomendaria a todos os meus amigos.
Very good The only one thing that did not made me unhappyis the booking and availability of the room. I booked a room that faces the nile ,however, they gave me a room that does not face the nile for the first night as they said they do not have a vailable nile views rooms even though my booking specifies that clearly. No money imbursement was made for the difference.

I was made to comply on your non-professional cooperation and organisation. We ordered transfer from airport in advance, which was confirmed by Samia Abotaleb but nobody arrived for us. At the reception desk nobody speaked english during our stay (15-21.2.). We sent the credit card details for charging in advance to Samia and at the reception they did not have it and asked us to pay the room.
My room was ok. But bath room is very dirty and unusuable.water is not come well and waist is not going well.service was very very poor.u took da money on 5star. But this is not reached 3star level.sorry.

I like only car drivers stuff and bell man. Not clean,no washing water for two days,bad smell every ware,not ready for handy cap,always busy with bus's,bad room service,no commitment for nile view,elevator delay for ten minuts,cheap firnuter,cheep tv,cheap doors for rooms,rusty windows,foront disk stuff cheeting guest,bad food,bad house keeping,dirty toilet,dirty showers,dirty towels...etc
location rooms do not look like a five star hotel rooms tv channels are lemited and not possible to add your favorate channels although i asked to add some channels but with no response..

No professional survice like i could not have key for my room , and everytime i want to inter my room , must go to reception . Was very bad hotel and i am really upset .

good location and breakfast Dissapointment wellcoming of reception staff, I made my reservation on kayak website for 2 person with breakfast forUS$ 100 per night, but the hotel asked me to pay 112 mor for each night.. how it comes? the reason that iam not United state citizin. I gave hime two options to solve the issue, the first to cancell my reservation so i can return back my mony from kayak. and secound to contact agent and inform them about this problem but his response was absoulutly negative. He asked me to pay and irefused to pay one cent more. I call the agent from my pocket and wait more than one houre till confirmation comes from agent. My openion if the reservation agent has made a mistake, the hotel should contact them and solve the problem not me. Overall it is very clear that this huge two tower hotel is not well operated, one of those two building is not used long time and the other is 20% occupied.
Beautiful view, located on the banks of the Nile. Staff was not interested overall. No alcohol served in the entire hotel. I was told to "go down to that Four Seasons". Our flight did not leave until later in the day after we checked out...was told we could not use the wireless internet since we were not active guests.

The booking I have done along with the price rate was according to Booking.com should be for a Nile view with 2 King size beds, but when I arrived the hotel, they were not honest and gave me a small room with on bed and no Nile view, they claimed that their rooms are all Nile view, but in reality they are not and they said the reception staff in the hotel that the only real full Nile view is the suite only.
Great Location, polite and accommodating staff, really comfy beds, pillow menu, breakfast buffet very tasty, different international cuisine served buffet style every night or choose from a la carte. As two women travellers felt safe and secure there. Hotel limo driver who took us to the airport was rude, a disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable stay at The Conrad Hotel. Internet access in the Business Centre expensive.
the staff was great when i asked for assisstance. the price did not meet the luxury that i expected by a looooooooooong run. over priced and the place really needs some serious make-up.
This is my third stay at the hotel. Staff are very helpful. The Executive Lounge is superb. In my view, it is value for money considering its location.

De uma maneira geral todos os comentários são positivos, sómente há a comentar o horário de funcionamento da piscina, que encerra às 18:00 h locais, precisamente quando as pessoas regressam da rua e precisam de se refrescar. Não é hotel para quem vai visitar o Cairo a passeio, pois fica muito longe das zonas turisticas a visitar. O comentário que fiz em cima

Very good service quality compared to other 5 stars hotels in Egypt but not compared to the international standards. Some staff are not well trained ,though,they are polite,,,hotel still in soft opening stage.

The room was pretty clean with pool view. If you like more privacy and quietness choose lake view. TV comes with paid tv channels and that is one of the things that other five stars hotels do not usually have in Cairo. Car park is three levels so you will always find a place for your car. Water supply was cut for 20 minutes. It was unusual but when someone from the hotel staff called me for my room opinion I mentioned it so she told me it is out of the hotel hands. It was unplanned event from the government.
Pool, Breakfast, staff, room size and location Cafe shop closes @ 12:30 am and every thing become very quit which force you to sleep.
Quiet in a city that is very not quiet. Courteous and helpful staff. Food was terrific. Since it is still new and in the opening phases, many of the advertised facilities were not opened - only one restaurant, no boutiques and shops, no business centre, etc...
No smog or city traffic. Aside from the lack of hot water in the shower, the bar staff at night was overworked and understaffed, resulting in long waits for booze. All in all a C minus rating even taking into act you are a start up in Cairo. I am not.
it looked impression on the website, rooms where large and appeared luxorious The new building was still grubby from its creation. Rooms lacked ironing board, i had to request a robe. The outside restaurant claimed to provide lebanese food - but the chef clearly didnt know how to cook such things.

The staff were outstanding and facilities were very good, eventhough work was still ongoing during our stay. I have nodoubttha when completed, it ill be excellent! It was just outstanding!!! Just that the location is in new cairo and will have to commute into the city center.

The rooms were clean and modern. Public areas were attractive. Although 1 of our 2 rooms was non-smoking, there was smoke odour. The other non-smoking room next door was fine.

the place was nice and details were all payed attention too. very nice hotel. I didn't like the check in process. neither desk (the main hotel or the towers) had my reservation nor could they find it. I had to pull out my computer to show them the reservatoins. I had the worst Cashew Chicken I had ever had in my life. the Pizza and the Shashimi was good but the Cashew Chicken was the worst I ever had in any countyry.
The staff responsible for cleaning the rooms, made too much noise outside that one is not able to sleep after 8 am. Second, the airport shuttle that was supposed to be on time, did not show up for 30 min and I had to take a taxi. The reception staff were informed that I was not glad about both situations. I hope my next visit will not encounter such incidents, especially I am a member of the President Club. Best Regards.
