Contras: Had issues with booking company not putting flight confirmation on reservation so there was no car when i landed in waco,tx. Had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for family to pick me up leaving me stranded with 2 young children.had to get a refund for that reservation and pay for a new one out of dallas tx. still have not got the refund back its been 7 days or 5 business days

Prós: The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and kind. I was glad she was there when I returned the vehicle so that I could thank her in person.
Contras: I was disappointed that on my last day the tire pressure warning light remained on the entire way back. I did call Hertz and they said I could exchange the car in the Tulsa airport, but I decided to keep driving because the car felt the same and did not have a flat tire.

Prós: The staff for both pick up and drop off were very friendly and efficient.
Contras: The inside of the car could have been cleaned better. There was something unidentifiable (hopefully just food) on the side of the driver seat. Other than that, the vehicle appeared to be clean.

Never got a car. They had cars but were saved for their Gold members.
Contras: They did not have a car for my reservation. I waited from 5:30 until 9:00 for them to get a car turned in even though they had cars saved for there "Gold" members. At 9pm i told them to cancel the reservation and made other arrangements. I don't think they wanted to gave a one-way rental to DFW. They also had other cars which were being held to do Oil changes and had cracks in the wind shield. Once again I don't think they wanted to let a one-way car go to Dallas.

No Cars Available Even with a Reservation
Contras: There were no cars available when we arrived at the Hertz Desk after flying into town, even when we had a reservation. The couple in front of us received the last car, and to my surprise, they didn't have a reservation. There were families behind us who also had reservations, and no cars were available. They didn't assist us with finding another company or help, or how to get a refund. They just brushed us off.
