The hotel is brand new, location is amazing, front desk staff is friendly. Our room was spacious and had a very nice view both of the city and the sea. Food was really good but when it gets busy in the morning you have to wait for your coffee for good 15 minutes as you can only order it from the waiters. We spent a night before our wedding in the hotel and needed to have express dry cleaning, we were told that it would be ready next day at 2pm but when we came to give the clothes we were told that it won't be ready until 4 which is too late as we had to leave the hotel around 3 already. We have asked for iron as well and the one given did not work and ironing board was broken. We were offered to have our clothes ironed and we had to pay for it, even though we would expect to have it as a complimentary service as the provided facilities did not work and we were misinformed regarding dry cleaning service as well. Not so many guests usually need these kind of things when they stay in the hotel but the problems we faced using this services were quite an issue in our situation
Location, lobby appearance, roomis large and has a table to sit at, very helpful personnel who went out of their way to help. View is great. There was no shampoo and conditioner provided as you usually find in hotels in the U.S. There was some broken plaster in the bathroom.
Proximity to beach and main streets. No variety to the breakfasts. Same fruit every morning. Needs more variety!!!
The pool on the roof was very pleasant and location can't be beat. But the smells, smaller room and small bathroom, and construction on the elevator and lack of attention to detail (the lamp was out on one side of the bed) made the value not equal the price. However, the proximity to central Tel Aviv and the gorgeous roof top private pool (small but exclusive feeling) with a bar makes this a worthy hotel. Pool staff was very polite. Fast check in. Small room for the high price. Very small bathroom. Bad smells throughout the hotel and extremely eerie art work.
The location was excellent the views from the hotel were fantastic. the swimming area was lovely and the food was good.
helpful with requests, good breakfasts they were renovating- so very noisy and disturbing at the time. I suppose it will improve once they have done with the renovations.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, right on the beach One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever had to stay at. We left after one day. The staff was rude and the breakfast was weak. I would not recommend this to anybody. It is built around a parking garage with trash piled up and lots of traffic noise
Close to beach Rooms need updating. Everything seems old. The entrance is very confusing.
Needs a major facelift--the pool is a scene out of a movie-make sure to tell the people working at the pool you are staying there--b-c every seat is reserved for VIP--which I am unsure of who that is?? It needs a major renovation--but fit our needs for one night We felt it needed a makeover-the keys don't work well-
Location on beach, nice view, good buffet Noisy, messy like work in progress, build over a road, they never received the booking via the website and I did not get the room I booked.
Dramatic, smelly, un friendly, dirty place. A big mistake to book this expensive hotel We where very happy that we could cancel the other booked night!!
The room and breakfast Outside was very dirty and not taking care off. Hard to find an entrance.
no shuttle service to airport
Breakfast was good. Eggs could use some more cooking but they weren't real anyway. All in all it was cheap and if your looking to go to the beach you can't beat the location. Also it is located near some great food options and the staff know the good spots to go.
The staff was very helpful. Bed, linen, pillows and shower - fantastic. Size of room bigger than most. Breakfast the same as all Israeli hotels. Great location - across from the Gordon Pool and promenade, located two doors from Ben Gurion Street.
Dated hotel but well run with pleasant rooms. Food at breakfast was average and in the kosher poolside bar the food is terrible. We had lunch there, a burger and chicken salad, this was by far the worst meal I had in 10 days at Tel Aviv
We had a wonderful time and could not fault the hotel ,we will go back at some time we did book apoolside room however when we arrived there was not one available?
conforto do hotel, localização e cordialidade no atendimento não
do conforto, localização e cordialidade no atendimento do hotel
A cama é bastante confortável.
O cafá da manhã excelente;parte de gormet nota L.000;o ponto do hotel foi bom para tudo está muito bem localizado; Devem cuidar melhor do banheiro; o chao fica molhado o tempo todo durante o banho escorre muita agua nao há proteção ;o que tira pontos do hotel;está na hora de uma reforma;
Good location, the staff was friendly, always ready to help, the room was clean and comfortable.
Location....Suites very nice hallways and elevators not very clean......run down. Pool & gym old, run down equipment, not clean. No doorman, just security. Very overpriced.
The hotel is very old and it is reflected in the room furniture and common areas. Sadly, it smelled like cigarettes and the walls were thin.
Most of the staff wonderful except the gentleman that has a bun in his head for his long hair. Not helppful at all and not very pleasant.. THe rest of the staff, very nice, very pleasant, very helpful. My room, 101 was very noisy from the street traffic. At night, one of the reflectors was right in front of my window, very bright, so my room was not quite dark. Room on the smaller size, but for a single person, it was fine.
The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was pretty and clean, the bathroom very modern.I particularly liked the different lights you can choose for your room.Magazines were available on the terrace. Very close to the beach but in the same time, quiet. Close to restaurants and ATMs. The room can be somewhat unpractical, for example it has little or no space for a suitcase. The bathroom door is almost transparent and the light from outside filters all the way to the room at night (it can be difficult if you are not an easy sleeper). The breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet, but nevertheless it is delicious and plentiful.
The friendly and helpful staff were the highlight of my stay. Intuitive and very ready to go the extra mile. The room was a little sandy when I first checked in.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. New, fresh clean & attractive. Has no elevator, but staff enthusiastically offered to take care of luggage.
The location near the beach was very good. Asking for a glass of red wine without checking price. Cost around GBP 10 !!
location of the hotel The price of the room included breakfast, but due to an early flight my husband and I had to leave before the breakfast was served (8am). What was disappointing was the fact the hotel staff did not bother to prepare for us even a cup of coffee at 7am before our journey. Very diaappointing.
