Handy to Laval University, right across the road. Bed very hard, seemed like only thin pad over springs.
very convenient for visiting the old city, it was a 15 min bus ride away and it dropped you right at the old walls. Also lots of other ammenities close by ie. grocery store.
air condition extremely loud and inefficient, no possibility to open the window
it was inexpensive terrible maid service--stayed 3 nights and they should have fully cleaned twice: one visit had one bed adjusted and all the lights left on with nothing else done. The second visit they did nothing until stopping by after we had come in for the day after 6pm-what were they doing all day?
Clean. Big pool/spa area. Free Parking, lots of space. Free WiFi, high speed. Pool water not transparent. Need to take car of bus to go downtown (still, paying for parking downtown is less expensive than paying for parking at hotels in the center).
Convenience to downtown... Helpfulness of staff.... Very noisey school group in rooms around us for much of the evening/night (first 2 nights)
Large room, confortable beds, very clean, free parking, easy access. The strong smell of chlorine in the pool area is very unpleasant.
the junior suite was great, easy of access of the hotel located outside the old city, very quiet well, far from the heqart of the old city of quebec but, who wants to see those fake "ancient sreets" dedicated to merchandising ?!
staff thin walls
lots of towels my door keep jaming
Hotel staff seemed good. Location was good. Parking was plentiful. Bathtub was cracked and full of water (inner liner). Tv was very old and did not go loud enough. Room was no renovated, like the hotel lobby/pool area.
Cleanliness of the hotel performance of the staff (ROXANNE)was very helpful Working order of facilities / equipment : the malfunction of the thermostat make our first night a nightmare.
The price and proximity to Old Quebec - very easy and quick by public transport. The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable,
The location was good, we took a bus (Metrobus 800 or 801) to get to Old Québec, it was easy and convenient. The staff was nice and spoke English. There was only rooms with single beds and shared bathrooms, but it was OK for this trip. Wireless internet worked OK, we got a password in reception when doing check-in. We found breakfast 20 minutes away walking, the best croissants ever (Boulangerie Oli at 826 Avenue Myrand) No food nearby, for us it was only important for breakfast, all other food times we ate at Old Quebec.
Economical, public transport is very much in reach Rooms are very small, all the signs are mostly in french
Ease of check-in and check out. Great location. Pub and restaurant on site. Rooms clean Washroom was 3 a minute walk away.
It was pretty cheep It was quite a way form Quebec City, and there was nothing nearuby.
It was clean, there were towels ... The room was not air conditioned (poor students) and it was VERY noisy (street, street working, other guests/groups). The staff didn't give informations about possibilities for cafeteria, kiosk etc. in neighbour-buildings and how to get downtown (which bus etc.) Not very close to city.
the desk to work on my papers the location, it is very far from the convenience store when no car. There is no shampoo. And the room was stinking cigarettes.
