No hot water from 11pm to 6am when checked out
The location is good, the Staff was ok,equipment of the room is completely suitable for a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was very, very poor. It would have been nice minimum a few fruits or vegetables. But nothing. There isn't refrigerator in the room and that would be necessary in this area..
nothing exept it was close to the airport never come again to this dirty hotel
near to airport inferior bathroom, breakfast poor: perhaps this reflects the price.
non easy to find and not well sign posted from main road
With a perfect location by the lanarca international airport, the hotel incredibily offered the most vast room and furniture equipment I had in my tour of multiple cyprus hotels with 4 stars
Very helpful staff at reception. Good cable TV selection. Wi-fi connected in room, but better in lobby or on balcony. Close to airport with good bus connection. Nice Pool. Good Value overall. Very basic breakfast with boiled eggs, toast, juice and coffee/tea. About 20-30 minute walk to town where there are the most shops, restaurants, bars.
Everything was clean. The receptionist should try to offer day trip offers and also where would a good place be to eat or to visit. The breakfast could use some more options.
service was excellent
Convenient for the airport. Swimming pool looked very attractive. Breakfast was adequate. There was a lot of noise outside the hotel during the night.
Good value for the price.
I liked the decoration, the facilities offered and the cleanliness of the room and lobby.
Fantastic location; great contemporary hotel design; very friendly and helpful reception staff; Too smokey ... but this is Cyprus!
Friendly helpful staff, clean modern hotel ideal for the town centre and Larnaca sea front. Advise early for parking.
I was bothered to complete a booking form on arrival at 5am.
The breakfast and standard of accommodation. The hotel is directly opposite a Nightclub which combined with the very lound air condition makes a goods nights rest a bit difficult.
close to airport AC making a lot of noise
The breakfast was ok compare to the room, and central situation in Larnaca The room was quiet dirty and smelling bad, acces by car was almost impossible
Hotel was hip and funky and staff was very welcoming ..
I have tried 5 hotels and it is a fact that you cannot expect the best standards in Larnaca. But for those who wish a small and trendy hotel, they provide it at a good price. Rooms are adequately sized (not large but not minuscule either), shower is very design, bed is good, airco is remotely controlled, you can open the window, it is quiet if you take a room at the back, service is friendly, and breakfast is not bad at all for Larnaca standards. Towels are not puffy.... their website is poor.... No pool or gymn.
Complementary bottle of wine and fruits are a good surprise. Value for money is great. Parking is not convenient
the pool on the roof No internet access. You have to pay extra in order to get it in your room. The Hotel is far from 4 star rating. It's equivalent to 2 star hotel. Decor is outdated.
The only thing I liked was the location. Other than that there was not much to like. I had to pay extra for the AC...the electricity only worked witht the key in. Beds were horrendous!!
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. The location was central to all the Larnaca shops, the sea, and the landmark church, Ayios Lazarous, the Fort, and Turkish mosque. No complaints.
Excellent location. Excellent value for money with comparable service and attention. Would definitely stay there again.
Everything, location, clean, staff (especially Elena in reception) were very helpful. Small comfortable refurbished character hotel in the shopping area of Larnaca, overlooking St Lazarus church & square. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and many restaurants
Location, just next to the amazing church, very close to the main promenade Short reception working hours. It closes at six. You must make a booking a bit in advance in order get to know where the key is left.
Friendly staff, even called me in uk to explain late arrival key availability.Modern, clean room in old refurbished building. Free parking close by.Overlooked small garden - there can be few green areas like this in the old part of Larnaca. Adjacent to beautiful church. Good restaurant immediately opposite. Overall, very good value basic accomodation in good position. No towels in room first night - with no staff on duty. Room not cleaned on first day. Disappointing but did not spoil our overall experience.
The location was excellent and one of the staff helped us with an internet issue. I can't think of anything else we liked. Plenty. There was no reception as you would expect to find. I had been sent an email to tell me where the key to our room was but as I did not have access to email at the time this was useless. A text message would have made more sense. The Alkisti brochure says that all its rooms have a view over everyday Cypriot life. Our window was half a metre from a brick wall, with no view whatsoever and virtually no daylight. The fittings in the bathroom (towel rail, toilet roll holder) were all missing but they were replaced on our last evening. Poor selection of TV channels for British viewers, esp. when the majority of holidaymakers are British. Housekeeping was very poor. Toilet was cleaned and wastebin emptied (left in the middle of the room).
The location next to the Larazos church is great, a bit hidden from the busy touristy boulevard. The building is nicely renovated, with respect to local architecture and with good taste. The room was small but fine. Good service by email and upon arrival, for example arranging us a taxi for the next day and allowing us in before check in time. No hotel atmosphere, but the idea of having one's own small apartment in the middle of town. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, as well as fresh water in the fridge.
Good location, very near beach and resturants Room were not cleaned during our stay but we did get clean towels
The location was very good, the rooms were fine for the price, and we had everything we needed in the room. The following morning, I ran into some staff, and thay were so sweet end friendly. The hotel is, in my opinion, a very charming hotel with very good location. I'm a student, at I think the price was fair (but could always use it cheaper of course). Nothing, I didn't like. Everything was either perfect or acceptable.
Very friendly, they let us choose rooms, they were very helpful. Wireless(didn't work)
Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. Great Location for shopping, and social scene. Breakfast was very poor, had to go out and buy breakfast
close to the beach and center i did not like it that i was charged for a night when i arrived in 3 am, check in is in 12'00 o clock, i understand that, but they should charged me half the rate, please i had this done before i didn't think that it was fair to pay a whole day, when i only stayed 9 hours, also didn't need to be educated about how hotels work, i travel enough to know that!
close to beach shower very small
good central location and near airport, clean room reception staff not helpful
I really liked the hot reception staff. They were most friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very compact and I could not get in and out of the shower easily because of the layout of the facilities.
Short distance to the beach and to the bus station. You book a seaside view room and get a street view one.
location breakfast cleanness tv no english stations small bathroom
very good location,I recommend sea view rooms , friendly staff
The location : city center and the seaview no remote control of the tv and no mini bar
Very centrally located, just a few steps from the beach and the bars, restaurants and shops in Larnaca. Clean, fairly large rooms with a/c. The central location might not suit everybody as the noise from the bars/discos nearby could be disturbing if you want to go to bed early. The breakfast is pretty basic however sufficient.
It was within easy walking distance of restaurants & cafe's. It was far too hot inside, the temperature was set at 27C and we couldn't lower it so we slept with the doors open which was noisy. They forgot our wake up call, thank goodness it was only a back up to our alarm clocks.
overnight stay onroute to Paphos, stayed the last day of our holiday also as a day guest. Conveniently located for restaurants, shops etc. renovations a bit noisy
The proximity of the town, newly refurnished rooms, Difficult parking near the hotel, the internet service provided in rooms (ex: if you buy a 2 hour internet access card you cannot divide your access time over a longer period), only news channels in english,
Clean airy room with good facilities for the price. Excellent very helpful staff. Boring repetitive breakfast. Uncontrollable shower flashing from icy cold to scalding hot.
this hotel offers a very good location with very good value for money and good choice of room size housekeeping in room fairly basic / tea coffee facilities in room not refilled/ taxi firm used by hotel charged double usual rate to airport
The location is excellent, very close to the restaraunts, the fort and the Saint Lazarus church. Noisy traffic in the street to the front of the hotel.
Very helpful and smiling staff, nice patio for breakfast and super location. We loved the interior design, the room was good size and very clean. The only think we could say was how difficult it was to find the hotel, but that's not their fault !
staff, location. poor room service, cost, breakfast, noisy, no control over air conditioning, TV
location, cleanliness the evening receptionists were very disorganised, the main receptionist was very good but sadly only there during the day.
The standard of décor in the rooms was excellent. The location is also very good. The lobby area was a little shabby and the breakfast was quite poor.
