clean modern hotel with good facilities

Check in process was very poor. There was one person working and a queue, nobody came to help. This was exactly the same problem I had on my last visit. Not a problem with the person at reception but poor planning by management to ensure the guests are catered for in a timely fashion, and as I say two visits and the same problem both times

The peace and tranquility, the photos on the corridors , the energy saving lights, the privacy and service buttons, the friendly staff throughout the hotel, the daily fresh home made pastries and breads, the amazing buffets

The heat ( 42 degrees,) impossible to go outside between 8 am and 10 pm, The restaurant staff setting up for breakfast before I had my dinner, not clearing excess cutlery, bringing the bill in the middle of dinner because they were closing and the noise and drunken behavior on the Wine and cheese night. There was only two free buses to city centre at 10 am and 6 pm with return at 130 and 9 pm. It was like being locked in prison and being allowed out on release, Finally I had 8 rooms given to one family adjoining mine for 2 nights and was awoken at Midnight and 3 am by the children and parents shouting , crying, running up and down between the 8 rooms, this was after I specifically asked for a high end of corridor room with a sea view, which was conformed to me by email and on arrival ( apart from the fact there was no sea as this was not the Crown Plaza by the sea. They had already charged me for 6 nights which they refused to refund and they refused to relocate me to the hotel I wanted. The van drivers to city centre and airport drove like crazy while using mobile phone and throwing people around the bus. The guy who took me to airport did not speak, did not have AC on and played his music LOUD
