The price i got on internet was much more expensive when i got the car. This is not my first time i rent a car but it is the first time i pay that much for the basic insurance. I usually buy the full insurance but i found out it it would cost me tripple for that. Rental fee was about 150 euros and the insurance was about 300 euros.Very strange! I feel something is wrong.Avaliado em 15 ago. 2023

PIck up was fine and swift. Lots of trouble during return. Unhelpful staff at the counter to solve an issue with an alleged missing piece. Still waiting for an answer from customer service.Avaliado em 19 jul. 2023

Poor, they told us they were open for return on Sunday and then we’re not and did not give us any instructions for returning after hours. Being from out of the country, return was very difficult. They also told us there are pending damages and we did not hit anything or do anything to damage the car so we are very surprised and disappointed for now having to deal with a claim.Avaliado em 10 jul. 2023

Kayak had not indicated in my reservation that it was an electric car. I had to pay €25 extra per day for a petrol car. This was a scam by Kayak and I demand a refund. Please answer me.Avaliado em 29 mai. 2023

Everything was easy, seamless, efficient, and courteous. The hertz representative Shahen was the main reason for the wonderful experience. Thumbs up all around.Avaliado em 27 mai. 2023

Getting car rented was the biggest hassle as it took a long time for each transaction. They needed more agents. Car was an exceptional value, and burned so little fuel I was shocked!!Avaliado em 19 set. 2022

Usual salesman type trying to up sell at the pick up desk, became rude when we had our own excess cover! The car itself was filthy and battered. Highly advise taking a video of your car at pick up to avoid further charges!Avaliado em 7 ago. 2022
