I never got the car. After 2 hours of being told by the only agent at the counter that the car was in the process of being delivered, I got frustrated and went to the Avis counter and got a car within 10 minutes. I’ll never do business with Hertz again.Avaliado em 30 mar. 2023

Car was not available when requested, and I was told there was no 7 passenger SUV available, but then was told there was a large van available, but we had to wait for an hour before it could be brought up from a distant lot. Upon landing, I had a call from Hertz saying there would not be a car available for me. No cars were available at the airport or the other in-town location. The front desk staffs tried to be kind, but it was obvious there simply were no cars available. Had to use Uber and Lyft to get where I was going and then rent a bike. So while in the big scheme of things, it is not earth shattering not sure I would use kayak or a third party affiliate again.Avaliado em 11 mar. 2022
