Lots of added/hidden fees after reaching the counter even after declining options. That should be presented at the time of checkout. Then for self reported damage, no pen is provided. Most travelers aren't carrying pens. I had to ask the man at the exit booth got a pen to sign off any damageAvaliado em 15 mar. 2023

made a “reservation” for a car after my flight was canceled. received email that reservation was confirmed. uber to hertz and arrive only to find out there are no cars available and i will be #12 on a waitlist for a car….. how is that possible? waited for a couple hours while customers continuously arrived from the airport to find out the same.Avaliado em 28 dez. 2022

They gave away my reservation to a walk in because I got stuck in traffic for 15 minutes. They had no other cars in the whole city so I was never able is use my booking.Avaliado em 17 out. 2022

The Hertz company has a very poor standards (don’t want to use worst words). They only kept my reservation for two hours, unfortunately they didn’t specify it at the time of booking, and don’t respect flight delays. Also “extremely” poor service.Avaliado em 6 out. 2022
