This Hertz franchise closes at 4 p.m on weekdays. My reservation was made for 4p. You can imagine my surprise when arriving at 410p and finding that they were closed!Avaliado em 7 nov. 2021

For some dingbat reason you closed an entire office without notice, transferring reservations to another location miles away. This placed way too much pressure on the staff at the substitute location and majorly inconvenienced people with reservations trying to access their rentals. Very poor management. Are you kidding me? Renting car weeks in advance only to be told on departure day there are no vehicles available anywhere in our metro area? This is unconscionable and should frankly be illegal as they are renting cars that don’t exist. Some executives are getting bonuses while their front line employees and customers are treated like garbage. Buyer beware!Avaliado em 18 jul. 2021

The reservation I made was not available. Fortunately the Hertz office in Ann Arbor was phenomenal and helped me get a car. The car itself was older and not very clean. However, I was very happy to have a car at all.Avaliado em 11 jul. 2021

Prós:Staff at pickup was helpful and friendly. Staff at dropoff were really helpful - he gave me a heads up about a pet cleaning fee when he saw dog hair in the back. He gave me the chance to vacuum and clean to avoid the fee. Dropoff was really quick. The pre-paid gas was a good deal.Contras:The car smelled like tobacco and the backseat had some crumbs.
