Prós: good service and new clean roomy car

Prós: They treated me very bad they made me wait for 2 hours they were late then changed the book car then wanted to charge me 360 dollars not the amount that was on your application. It was bad I had a child with me and travel bags and the employee refused to use any other type of payment except my credit card which didn’t have that much money I want a compensation for my lost time lost money my agony long wait and missed work day. Unprofessional unacceptable.
Contras: Hated all aspects and how they treated me really bad and made me wait two hours although I booked a day before didn’t pick us up and still told us to go get coffee while we wait. It was 45 min and extended to two hours then it was a different car and extraaaaaaaa money not the amount on ur app or even close. 360 dollars for whaaaaat???

Prós: Yes and yes.
Contras: The booking process was borderline predatory. Not customer friendly at all. I will not rent a car through Kayak again.

Prós: Pickup and drop-off was quick and was conducted entirely outdoors.
Contras: I wish the supplemental insurance was cheaper. It added a significant amount to the daily cost.

Prós: Drop off was fast and cheaper than expected.
Contras: Not making us wait outside in the cold while we wait an hour and a half past our reservation time would have been great.

Contras: They should put that is only credit and that it has to be under the same drivers name the car. It was a totally bad experience since i wasnt able to rent a car at all

Prós: At the time of the pick up, the Branch Manager was very easy going, helpful, and the process was fast. That is a huge plus on this management portion. The Manager did give me an option to pick between three vehicles available at that moment, huge plus. Credit Card wouldn't work, they accepted my Bank Debit Card, great deal for me.
Contras: There are two things. the Vehicle I got was dirty in the inside with coffee spilled and looked like it did not get vacuumed thoroughly, finger prints all over windows and stereo. My mistake for not checking thoroughly, due to being in a rush to get to work right after that. I thought due to COVID they would have cleaned the car better. And the second one not so much on them but advise to the Customer/user, make sure to rent a vehicle which you know you will be comfortable driving-I got a Nissan Altima, which I am not used to driving smaller cars, and I am working at an Airport. Driving in the expressway felt so unsafe specially with the Chicago Wind, the wind moves the car very easily and driving in higher speed in expressway was not easy with a smaller vehicle. I called to ask if I can have it switched to a heavier car and I was told they can't, only if there was any mechanical issues with the Car-what about safety? Maybe this is for Enterprise and not this location, but if your customer doesn't feel safe due to the driving needed to be done, they should allow something like this to be an exception to the Rule. I may be wrong but this is how I feel at the moment.

Prós: Proximity to my houE
Contras: Everything- they gave me a different car than what I reserved and I was 60 seconds into my trip before a check engine light came on and then a light telling me I had a flat tire. I did not have a flat tire but I returned the car as there was clearly issues with this vehicle and I did not feel safe.

Contras: I made my reservation for MDW, airport location, and was told I made for off site location on Pulaski? Why would I do that if I’m flying into Midway!? I’m not walking or ubering to an unknown location to me.

Prós: It was a terrible bad, they have no cars available. They told me I had to wait until there is some returning. And they could not give me any precise time. While I did program the pickup fir 9 am.
Contras: I am not renting never again with you guys
