When we arrived at the Austin airport, the Enterprise manager called to say not to bother to come to the Enterprise office because there were no cars of any kind anywhere in Austin, even though we had made our reservation weeks ago and received a confirmation the day before our arrival. Pickup and drop off were easy as they could be. Signs entering the Austin airport could have been more helpful when returning the car. We had to u-turn twice to get to the right place. That's not the fault of the rental car agencies. The car was clean and we were given a thorough walk around before pulling off. It drove and behaved beautifully. The staff and car was great but Kayak was not clear on their websites that the Enterprise I booked at was NOT the Enterprise at the airport. By the time we landed and realized this problem the location our car was at was closed for the day. PLEASE make rental car locations clear, not just with an address, we're from out of town, we don't know street names - label it as the airport rental location.Avaliado em 9 mai. 2022
