Staff were nice. Car was the one advertised. The line to get my car at pickup was literally an hour and 20 minutes (not enough staff). The vehicle has a slow leak in one of the tires and the battery was low in the remote key. Lihue needs more staffing and probably a better check of their vehicles.Avaliado em 16 ago. 2023

Terrible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took more than 3 hours from the time I got to the car rental location to finally get a car and the employees had horrible attitudes about their repeated failures and inability to explain the mistakes they kept making. Pickup service is not at all organized. Takes hours, no cars. All are being cleaned. If you are arriving on Saturday use a different rental agency. Staff was friendly. Took over 3 hours waiting to receive the vehicle during pickup and when we did it was the wrong model class; should have be full sized SUV, but was originally given and small SUV. Dollar definitely needs better staffing at Lihue location. I have no complaints with the SUV itself but the initial delay spoiled my experience with Dollar.Avaliado em 1 jun. 2023
