Dollar did not have a vehicle for me upon my arrival, despite having a reservation for two weeks. They also had no alternatives and no recommendations, so we were basically stranded upon arrival over 800 miles away from home. Thankfully, Enterprise was able to accommodate us.Avaliado em 7 ago. 2023

Had to wait about an hour to get the car. When the car finally showed up, it was filthy inside. By that time I just wanted to leave, went straight to the hotel and cleaned the inside of the car myself. Stay away from dollar/Thrifty. Absolutely not worth it.Avaliado em 1 mai. 2023

No cars available at pickup. People were waiting over two hours. Despite having a reserved car, we eventually gave up and went across the street to ENTERPRISE, which had cars available right away. Never rent from Thrifty/Dollar!Avaliado em 29 abr. 2023

Pickup took an hour waiting in line. Took 5 days from dropoff to get my receipt (needed for expense report). Dropped off a day early and they still charged me full price. Not a good rental experience, would recommend to rent from somewhere else.Avaliado em 29 mai. 2022

Prós:Staff was friendly....Contras:Trying to find the pick up/drop off location was not easy....the hours on the web site are different than the actual hours... was stuck at the airport at 8:00 p.m with my 6yr old son with no ride to get a car because they were closed... but the web site said they were open to 1a.m..and when I called to change the hours I rented the car for nobody mentioned the change in hours!!!! Prós:PICK-UP WAS HORRIBLE. WE WAITED OVER 2 HOURS TO RECEIVE OUR RENTAL. AFTER RECEIVING OUR RENTAL WE WERE GIVEN A CAR THAT WE DID NOT REQUEST AND WAS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND WAS CHARGED FOR THE ADDITIONAL PRICE.
