A one day rental is over priced for a compact vehicle. Pick up took over 1 hr. Drop off: closed upon scheduled arrival time at 2pm and had to wait over 35min for the office to open (20+min more than the sign said on the door), which is ridiculous bc it was still unannounced since the scheduled time was 2pm. Basically causing delays of almost 23rd in our plans. Not professional or acceptable to repeat business with BudgetAvaliado em 19 ago. 2023

The pick up wait time was horrendous. They had one person working the counter and said person seemed more focused on chatting up the customer they were working with instead of recognizing they needed to expedite the check out process to get to the other customers,Avaliado em 9 mai. 2023

The car had some issues - felt wobbly with highway driving and made a loud sound. My husband planned to tell them at drop off but they rushed him through, were rude, and didn't give him an opportunity to talk with anyone.
