They were friendly and efficient. The only complaint at this downtown office was they were low on cars when I arrived at 1030am. My initial rental, a Toyota Corolla, was not available and the option I was offered was a Dodge Ram dual cab pickup. While it was roomy and very plush, my gasoline budget was about twice what it should have been. Also, it made me nervous parking and maneuvering such a large vehicle .Avaliado em 22 jun. 2023

When I pick up the car the fuel level was half but the girl mentioned in paper full but before pick up I tell her check your level was half she check and gave me other paperwork but she didn’t update in system when I returned that car at returning point guy told me you didn’t putt full fuel when I show him pictures for the fuel level and show him prof then him agree but they wasted my valuable time so please everyone check you vehicle before leaving all scratched and fuel levelsAvaliado em 16 mai. 2023

The car smelled awful - clearly used long term by a smoker. The key fob was smashed so hard that the "lock" button didn't work and I had to lock from the car door on my way out. I was the last customer before closing so I wasn't able to tell the counter. Service at both drop-off and pick-up locations was good.Avaliado em 11 mar. 2023

The man who did the walk-through of the car at pick-up, and check-in at return (same person), should not be dealing with the public. There were many other problems and frustrations both at pickup and return, but the manager was helpful and able to smooth most of them out.Avaliado em 8 fev. 2023
