There were coffee spills and a small bag of trash in the car. It was obvious they relied on the previous renters to do the cleaning. It seems like the staff didn't check the car before my use. The car was fine, the gas was full and there was no damage to the vehicle, but it could have been cleaned better and it also had the scent of cigarettes.Avaliado em 2 jul. 2023

Line to pickup was a disaster. For awhile no one was even at the counter despite a line of 20+. System to get cars was very inefficient so each person getting their car took way longer than it should. Do not blame the counter representatives who did the best they could, but everything was poorly organized and poorly run.Avaliado em 2 jul. 2023

Our flight was delayed and the Budget we secured our car from was not answering the phone during normal business hours. They did not save our rental for the next day (the location was closed when our flight got in) No one at any local Budget office was helpful.
